Dutch Passion Bushdktr's first scrog DP Blueberry (photo)

Week 9 of flower, showing some more yellowness. Nice crystals, close to 80% cloudy. I'm getting anxious but will let her fatten up a little bit more. Hopefully not more than 2 weeks.

Looking lovely mate.

I went to Amsterdam last week and tried BB for the first time! Been smoking for 34 years! I loved it. Also tried some nice crosses like Blue Dream. I have tried some BB crosses like Blue Cheese many many times, but never straight BB.

Looking forward to seeing how this turns out as it looks awesome.

Stupid question for you as I've never grown a photoperiod: do they all veg that slowly? I really want to try a photo grow but I'm quite shocked how long it takes to veg them from what I've seen.

Have you any experience of photo and auto blueberry to compare them mate?

Good luck with the rest of the grow buddy.

Hi @hippy71 ohh beautiful Amsterdam!

I've grown the BB auto version from DP and it was amazing, I loved it, great smoke, relaxed and excellent for pain. So I ordered some more at Herbies and they sent me by mistake photoperiod seeds and I decided to give them a try. I grow photos usually in summer, outdoors, and I grew one last summer and now this one indoors (winter here now).

It didn't take so long in the summer at all, but this girl had a rough start, and after recovering from a cold shock and some light issues I had, I LST'd her badly, as I wanted her to spread out and keep low. I know it has affected the yield as the outdoor plant gave me about 100 g and this one looks more like around 60 g, but anyway, it is looking fine now approaching the final stages.

The smell in the tent is amazing, sweet berries and musk! This is a strain I think I 'll grow forever!!

I've tried Blue Dream too, and loved it, Blue cheese is in my wishlist!

Thanks for stopping by mate!

Excellent mate, thanks for the info.

I can thoroughly recommend blue cheese! Being from the UK I love proper cheese anyway, but when combined with blueberry it's just awesome! Very calming, very medicinal, good vibes weed.

I am so excited to see yours finish and see how the photoperiod weed compares to the auto flower version.

Please tag me in when you harvest in case I loose track of this journal mate?

Cheers buddy.

So today is harvest day!!

@hippy71

This is 6 months from seed haha, I miss autos!
Anyway, she's been a pleasure to grow. I decided to chop her on fears of bud rot, the trics are 5% amber and it's been raining soo much with RH >80%. for the last month

Just a tiny % affected, a small nug that I've disposed of.
Really happy with the quality, the musky scent in my room knocks you out!! The buds are dense and resinous.

Dry weight was finally 43 grs, but very happy quality-wise though!

The aroma is sweet candy and raisins, delicious, smooth, and the hint of musk it had, has gone now.
I'm vaping the pop corn (10 day from harvest) and this is serious stuff, super relaxing, great to listen or play music, but mind it...this is strong cannabis, and these are small, uncured nugs! Only 5-6 draws of my Pax are enough to get me high.

Cheers!
