I'm not sure if you can do this now, but keep it in mind for later... When you make your initial bend/super crop, massage below the nods that are facing the wrong way. When you bend it over, give those nods a turn so the nods are parallel with the soil (or just not pointing right at the soil). Also tie down those nods/stems down. Another thing is where the initial bend is, massage a larger area, and give it a twist as the base. This would twist everything above that bend, but would be easier than twisting 2-4 nods.yea fuggz she is becoming a little monster! im telling you her stem is bigger than the tip of a pool stick/cue already! she gave me a little fight with the training tho... i cant seem to get the one where i folder her over, there is a node that is "facing" the ground and she was put vertical the same day but the extra brnch it takes to get her up and around the stem has her about .25-.5" blow the rest... its a struggle.. im thinking of abandoning the effort on that 1 branch and just proceeding to make sure the others are 100% and yea i love training plants also.. it makes me feel one with them.. instead of just feeding and let them and letting them go... i told my self that i was gonna let the bubba go naturally like @scally420 but i cant keep my damn hands off her because she took to the training soooo well!
bailey my lsd wasnt to keen on the training.. what ill do is after day 14 or so bend her over a little and if she corrects herself NICELY over the next 6 hrs or so ill continue training but if i dont see a "rapid response" to the training i abandon it... i always feed my plants like an hr befor i train also
This is a Night Terror OG photo that I trained like that. I did the topping, super crop, and some lst in 1 sitting. You can't see it really, but the last 2 nods, have been twisted. The nod above the SC was positioned with the SC, then I had to get the last two, to point "sideways."
Here I am still trying to get the last nod to twist some more. I would adjust the lst daily trying to lower the right side of the top nod. You can see they are the only to tops with upside down leaves.
By this time I could have used the main stem as a fucking handle. When I would try and get the twist going, I get more aggressive on photos, and basically do a "straight SC." I'll break the fibers as if I wanted to do a 90 degree angle, give it a few twist, and let it heal in its original direction. Make stiff "knots" along the way.
This is the feller in early/mid flower. Each of the branches became a main cola.
For the record I have done a SC on an auto with success too. You could/should be able to do the same thing as the above pics. Obviously more advanced methods are to come with a warning... so... be careful... Other than the disclaimer, break her back, spread her legs, put her in a rack, and flatten her out.
This is a girl by @Stunted I don't know where, but I think he wrote a "how to" on this kind of training...
