Boveda Wants to Hear From YOU!

Lets say I get into rosin pressing, and wanted to make a video on different humidity levels. you would be a good person to chat with? cuz I've seen different videos online on pressing but i press way harder then they do.
Yes indeed. In fact, I've experimented a bit with over-hydration using the 84% RH Boveda which is made to "season" wood humidors.

Rehydration must be controlled and be no more than 24 hours I'd personally say simply bc you don't want to risk microorganism growth starting.

There are lower RH packs as well that can be found at cigar shops like 69% or 74%.

In addition to this, here's a site where you can report your squishes! For each one, you state if you've used a humidity pack, and which RH.

@Boveda will you be at northgrow Denmark this year??

I can jump in on that one! I watched a video by that Cannuk guy on YouTube, and he said never to use boveda to lower moisture only to raise it... Now I put a 8 gram boveda pack in my tobacco pouch over night to see what happened... And my baccy was definitely drier than the night before. So I believe what he said to be rubbish. Any thoughts on this Boveda??
Canuck never recommends anything he isn't paid to recommend lot of misinformation on his page I've found. Plus all his kit is top of the range paid for, its like the prime minister giving budgeting tips to a gypsy most of the time. Plus his plants are always less impressive than @autobeast @St. Tom and @Trichome farmer that I've seen so far anyway.

Sorry if there's any loyal Canuckites on here but I feel there's a football team of members of this forum who have better information than Quagmire. Sorry just my 2 cents.

My advice would be if something you see on YouTube seems questionable test it yourself and find out which you did and proved otherwise. Props to you brother!

I only hear good things about Boveda I mean anything is better than nothing for raising humidity as far as a zip locked under humidified bag goes so unless he explained some chemical reaction anomaly to justify being able to come down which I'm sure there will be somewhere so I may go digging.
