Update:

Day 34- Today she got her second feed I have upped her nutes Sensi Grow A&B ~ 4ml per 2 litres.
My current routine is water, feed, water, feed......Is this correct or is there a more efficient way??

I have continued with her LST & Defolling and YAAAAAAAAY she's responding really well!! [emoji7] [emoji2] [emoji7] She's a beauty!

Day 35- Monica loved her food yesterday, I've also lowered the light but keeping a close eye on her because it's very close!!

Hey Boo, yeah you got the feeding regime on point, should be feed, plain water, feed etc.. till you see tip burn at the very end tips of the leaves, then hang fire on the feed till you don't see it at the tips anymore.

She looking fine, but I'd super-crop the main top as will be stressed that close to the led. You can tell by the serrated edges of the leaf pointing up, means it's receiving max light it can take.

Update:

Day 36- Gave her a water today with 2ml cal-mag

I tried to supercrop her but I think I may have just LST'd her by accidental.......i didn't want to break her! Lol anyway I attempted to supercrop so i rolled the stem inbetween my fingers till I could feel the stem crushing slightly then I bent her over but there's no knuckle area??? Have I done this right??

She bent back up towards the light already 5 hours after.....i need help! Lol
