I use a pair of pinch pliers, once I've massaged the stem a bit it helps me snapping the stem completely when I do it , but everyone has there own way but it's all be prepared for minor snaps and breakages it's not a science lol

I grew A Moby Dick CBD (the first clue should have been Moby Dick) that promptly outgrew my 5 foot tall tent. I had to supercrop it every few days to keep it out of the lights. At first I was afraid to crush the stem between my fingers and bend it over - I was afraid she'd snap off. Well I got over that - just crush the inner part of that stem and bend her over. You may have to do it many times to the same stock. Don't worry she'll get over it. The lights were only 4 inches above this canopy. It was a constant struggle.

Hahahaha she's a beast! Thanks for that Man I'll keep up the crushing over the next few days then I've just gave her another session lol she already looks to have more of a knuckle area

Update:

Day 37- So she's bounced back from the supercrop

I've noticed she's got the "Claw" today as she's going into flower stage, what do you guys recommend??
Her last feed was still with the grow and next feed will be with bloom nutes, should I flush her before I give bloom??

Can't help with this only use biobizz, might help someone if you mentioned what mute line up your using though

I'd just dial back the grow, no further needed but don't flush either still needs bit of N. and start bloom at 1/4 strength and she how she fares.

Not really seeing a claw myself, think you ok.

When I ran advanced nutrients I never went higher then 2 mills a feed and that was every watering with the odd drink of water every 8 to 10 feeds. Your plant looks in good condition as sensi Jay pointed out it is not really that noticeable. One thing with dutch passion AU she likes to be fed she will get huge
