Indoor Boo'sBuds DP Auto Ultimate LED Grow

Looking down from the top the leaves are light green in a circle, I suspect light burn? Or maybe in imbalance in your nutrients or PH locking some elements out. I am not a soil guy.

I know you soil guys pick nutes from different vendors and seem to get good results but with hydro I learned that picking one brand and using their entire line based on their chart works best to prevent nutrient problems. It is all about Liebig's law of the minimum. In hydro it is magnified. It is why we need to change the reservoir every week to be sure we are keeping everything in a balanced ratio. Liebig's Law still applies to soil.

What up Boo, what temps are you running in the tent? We been having some cold nights in the UK recently, purpling usually is due to the lil lady getting chilly, though looks like u got bit of tip burn so could just be you maxing out the nutes also.
Hey Jay :) yeah her temps are fine i think they are between 22-26°c but she's also got canoe leaves, could it be my light is too close, its probably about 3" away?
With the tip burn what should i do, just give her water till it goes?

Yeah that aint gonna help, do ya mean 3 inches? Should be minimum of 12 inches from the top really. Try hiking it up and see how she responds.

Do that first before changing nute regime, we'll review in few days. :smoking:

Yeah i think you maybe right about light burn Man! I've moved the light to 12 inches away now and well see how she likes it :)

Im using the same brand nutrients (Advanced Nutrients) and all the same line (Sensi PH Perfect) so that area should be ok :)

Thanks for the info mate! :)

Hi Cornell, you just need to keep her going a few more weeks and she should be looking good! Well done getting her this far, and for getting the light raised a little. Good luck with the last part!

Update-

Day 54: Monica is growing great [emoji123] she's got a little tip burn and maybe a bit if calcuim deficiency but she's going strong!

Im feeding her cal-mag but this girl is a whore for the stuff lol

I've lifted the light to 12 inches away and the discolouring of her leaves has slowed right down! :)
I suspect this could of been the reason she's had more cal-mag?

She's due another feed today but what should i do coz she's burnt........ just give her water/molasses?

That tip burn is excess nitrogen not cal-mag. You really should learn about Liebig's Law of the minimum. Everything in BALANCE is what grows a plant best. I think about 18" is the minimum for good Leds?
