Day 48:
Guudmorning everyone,
Got a wee bit to much of a good thing yesterday and fell a sleep with the laptop on my lap, so let's continue with the Friday postings...
It's a grey day today, which is in stark contrast with the previous days. Yesterday on the other hand was an eventful day. In the morning I watered the entire greenhouse which is beginning to become a drag. I really need to automate the sh!t out that one, but more about that later
Cleaned out the nutrient tank and made a new batch two-part MC Veg / Early bloom, pH 5.95 EC 600 ppm. Weather predictions for today where grey and rainy so I did the opposite as last week and raised the ppm as the plant will need less water, but still needs it's nutrients...

Auto Ellephant - Day 47
Yesterday I received the round matrix from Floraflex. I ordered the biggest ones thinking 15,5"-18" / 40-46cm isn't that big...Luckily they fitted in my 20 gallon fabric pots. For the 7 gallon pots I ordered 10 matrices of 10,5"-12" (27cm-31cm) which I did measure this go around.
I think these 'plates' will help distributing the nutrient solution into the coco, are perfect for automation and actually don't cost that much. So win-win-win!!
And in the evening my alarm went to remind me I had to reapply the Rot Block which @Phyter was so nice to send to me. It was a while ago and when the plants are growing fast you need to apply it weekly Phyter said. So I gave the plants, except the one that's near it's finishline, a good soaking. This time using 1ml of bio soap as a surfactant which did what's it's suppose to.
I applied it just after the sun disapeared as to let the mycelium have as much time possible to settle onto the plant and start protecting the hell out of her
Today this Ellephant is having the time of her life.
The small dot's you see on the leaves aren't spider mites, but rather residue from the Rot Block application and shouldn't do any harm according to Phyter
Well boys and girlz that was it for the 'Friday' update... I wish you all a nice weekend
