@Marshydro gave some good advice and helped everything along. Now just have to wait until the Fan+Filter combo is back in stock, but as long as they are small I guess ventilation and smell control isn't that big of a deal.

It's evening here and ten plus hours since I put the seeds in a glass of water...Meanwhile all the new seeds have been sown into the sterilized coco.
The Amnesia was the only one that hatched and even though I thought it wasn't moving... (yeah I know...All the action takes place beneath the soil. Noob
)
It's actually showing a new set of leaves.
Power just below 50%
Humidity is maybe a bit high, but without ventilation there's not much I can do about it.
The temperature is about right at 22.6°C / 72.6°F

Think I can raise the temp by turning the wattage on the TS1000 up to or near 100%. I'll try that tomorrow and let you (guys/gals) know what the result are.
p.s. Oh, I love comments, so if anyone has got a good idea or sees me doing something stupid. Please do react as I'm noob in "growing indoors"

According to you chart I should be raising the temps definitely. On my way now to raise the output of the TS1000

@DDubs, Thanks brother!!
I first raised the wattage of the light to 80%, but that was a tad to high. After half an hour the VPD was on the other side of the "goldilocks zone" for seedlings.
I turned the power to 70% and that did the trick. After another hour everything stabilized and I'm now in perfect VPD country

@Marshydro, Is there a way you could provide us with the pin information for CH1 and CH2? I was wondering if I could make an interface (Arduino/ESP8266) so I can change the wattage from my smartphone. If it works I'll be sharing a how-to with my AFN family
