Day 10 for the soil plant. It's still getting quite tall so I've given it a little support until I'm confident it can support itself. Not sure what's going on. I've lowered the light a little, but, it's still stretching.

The coco plant at day 9 started to lean a bit, so, it's getting some Solo Cup LST. That's experimental, so, we will see what happens.

So far they all like this. I've been training from the beginning! My 2 solo cups doing the same. But took the whip out tonight!:naughtystep:

Lowering the light should help with the leggy stretch mate. You were in a bit of a hard position with 1000w LED you can't get to close in these early stages or you'll fry the baby. Now they are a little more established start dropping the light a little and that should help. With that ammount of light you are going to need to keep track of watering as those Solo Cups will dry out pretty quick :pass:

Looking good in here

All the best :bong:

Day 16 for the soil plant. It's still stretching tall, but, it's much more stable right now. Hoping it slows down it's upwards growth soon. It's getting close to the light.

Day 15 for the coco plant and I like the looks of this plant better so far. Not much else to report.

Is it The height and structure you prefer from plant 2 mate aka the smaller girl?

How much head room do you have to play with my friend?

All the best :bong:

@Dinafem-Mark, it’s the structure, the tighter node spacing. To me, builds a stronger foundation for the weight to come later. The taller plant is stiffening up though. It’s fun and will be nice to see how the plants differ at the end. I have a lot of headroom, could bring the light up three and a half more feet if needed. I’m surprised how the plant is showing no light stress with the current position, the LED is only 14 inches above the plant.

Now for the real important question, what am I going to do with the third bean?

Quick update today, the soil plant is very sturdy now, no problems at all and it is branching nicely.

The coco plant got a little more bending and tying earlier. So far it's looking good to me.

My advice would be to get it cracked my friend :pass:

Can't leave one seed on its own, that would be rude :crying:

Get her in the ground if possible mate

The soil plant was yellowing some, received a light feed to see if we have any improvement.
