you will do fine ---10 months ago i didnt know there was a autoflower plant!!lots of help here.i dont use fancy stuff so i can give you a easy guide but alot of people would add alot more to feeding and lighting------i know its not best way but works for me- grow in promix---i never feed till sexing---start for 3 weeks under cfls-24/0--then give a small dose of 5-1-1 and a half teaspoon of bloombuster from lowes--put under a 150 watt hps 24/0---repeat bloombuster 2 times a week.till last 2 weeks--2 week plain water,i never even tried a ph meter---im an old farmer so i dont take to new stuff easily.or too dumb to try them---hehe--you know --if it aint broke dont fix it---
sounds like a good system to me... like you said if it aint broke dont fix it... if you are pleased with your results and have enough smoke for you thats all that matters.. Thats one thing i love about this forum the people here are good shit unlike other forums i have been on it seems like you just get ragged on if your not pulling commercial status yields... im not trying to supply anyone but myself and save myself some coin plus the peace of mind to know how it was grown and what it actually is is probably the biggest reason i started growing. Now im addicted and have a strain list a mile high i can only hope i live long enough to try them all. Good luck to you and your future en-devours.
Well every thing is going okay... i fed them a little early cause i really wanted to push them and it turns out i pushed them a little too far but its okay they are recovering well. I also ran into a little PH mishap... me being a dum dum forgot that i PH'd my water post nutes last time and turns out my tap water is more like 7.3-7.6 not the 6.3-6.6 i thought it was. so i think i was beginning to see a bit of lockout of some micro nutes... not exactly sure as i am not expert but i was thinking possibly boron? or maybe Phosphorous like i said not quite sure.
I watered them Saturday with properly PH'd water and i will do the same tomorrow. Then after that i will begin to feed again at which point it will almost be week 3 and they should start sexing. Which means i need to pop the next 3 beans this week. I am hoping for 2 girls and a boy but i am expecting 1 female for every 3.
Anyways i am happy at the way these are going so far a little mishap from me but that's expected as its been about 10 months since my last grow seems i am a bit rusty. I think with the next group of seeds i will try feeding at day 10-12 instead of 6-7 and see if that makes a difference. Plus i will be on top of my PH so i wont have to worry about that again. (hopefully)
Hey bud. Glad to see you got one going. That looks like leaves that got soaked in nutrient solution when you fed them. What kind of nutes are you using and what are your temps and humidity? And the rest of your setup. I would like to know your rig if you don't mind fancying a friendly cephalopod.
Edit: Ohhhhk. I'm retarded and apparently didn't know what the H was going on. Sorreh sir! I see the rest of your setup now.
No problem i am using the fox farms trio and i fed them 1 tablespoon/gal of Big Bloom (.01-.03-.07) at day 6 which i knew was early but i wanted to see how far i could push them i will be germing 3 more seeds tomorrow and i wont be feeding those until probably about day 12... temps are 75-78 humidity is usually around 46%-58% a little higher after i water a little lower when they need to be watered
1.5 gal air pots are have been ordered and i will be transplanting when they show sex im guessing i will get at least 1 female and i will keep the better looking male for a seed run.
Yeah that's what I was thinking.. The combo of feeding to early and the PH being a little wacky contributed to the issues but since I caught it so early I'm hoping to nip that by next week... All the new growth looks good thus far so I'm hoping it stays that way only 2 of the 3 exhibited these symptoms so it should be okay the photo strains seems to be fine if you see the little bit of burn on the mazar kush that was from the OF soil.. Guess its a little more sensitive than the OG13 which is growing just fine
