Change of plans, I did not have enough plants to make a SOG in small pots work, so I transplanted all the worthy seedlings into 8L pots and i'll do it with them. Should be interesting! I ran out of regular 8L pots so I'm using pots from my hanging baskets as they are abouut 8L also. I'm got one or two more that will not get transplanted, I'll move them to the cab that has my Dinafem solo cup plants in it.
The ladies are looking good! And I want to plug here again for transplanting. I had one that grew 3" in width in 10 hours from transplant! She must have said " Hot Damn! More dirt!" I've never had a healthy transplant stall, it's simply a matter of proper technique and timing. I'm thinking nthat the whole "transplant shock" thing is mostly a myth that stems from people fumbling during a transplant. I've transplanted hundreds of seedlings without issue. Every one of which shows measurable growth withing 24 hrs, many in as little as 12 hrs.
Ladies are taking to the Megacrop well, all but the smallest are being fed MC at 490 ppms, PH 6.5
I think I'm going to hang that box fan near the top and tilted a bit downward, even on low its a bit strong of a breeze.
Looking awesome pop! I dont care for the cold either lol that's why I enjoy florida so much, snow doesnt exist here lol dragons look good, I was actually contemplating dropping a few and trying to self a female to make fems
Because I had a number of runts and duds, I transplanted the best into 2 gallon pots, so my mini SOG is no more. I'll try again when I have fresh seed. I removed 6 males and kept 2 to pollinate the best female.
The ladies are looking good! I'm going to back down on the Megacrop, I see a little clawing happening. I'll drop to 450 ppms for a week or two then go to 475.
Sorry, I've gotten really sloppy about updating my threads.
We're at day 54. Plants look like they are heading quickly to finish. I'm suspecting they'll be done by day 70! If they'd do that regularly, I could get 5 crops a year!
The plant are 20" to 24" tall, don't know why this batch was so short. BUT, they are making some awesome looking bud! FAT and hard colas! Plants may be small but it looks like it will be a very nice harvest just the same. Not a popcorn bud on them!
F'n spider mites still a problem but under control so far.
