@KonopCh try this code, i was looking for discount codes online, to try and get the cost of the starter pack down and came across this on the second posting back on the 4th page of this forum section, should be a 20% off code autoflowerpower69 . I will be trying to order as soon as I've got more funds, as my seeds cracked but never grew so I need to buy more seeds first @Hippy_BiotabsF70 I hope it's ok posting that code back here, it was accepted on the online checkout page when I tried it the other night

Understood, @Hippy_BiotabsF70 but you know, 14 days to answer mail isn't great at all. Well, I hope you'll get answer soon. Either way, to get me some discount or none. Just to know. They're little pricey, around 150-180€ for 10 plants, so it is nice to question a bit around like I did. One company offers similar tabs for 1/3 price, I will go with them if your/their answer will be no. But I really want Biotabs as I see they really work and are great product.
No hard feelings, maybe my english is not very good.

TBH there is very little I can do unfortunately. I would say at this late stage the best thing to do is to use the other 20% discount code that is advertised on the forum and make sure to put somewhere on the order that it’s for you. That way we can make sure you get some nice freebies too [emoji106]

As far as I know the code should be working. Sorry for your continued troubles.

I'm not sure what else you expect them to do ? I'm hoping the tone of your message is just down to the fact English isn't your first language ?
There are multiple discount codes knocking around. They even did a 42% discount code for 420.
I know of a 17% and a 20% code just from these forums.
Biotabs customer service has been nothing but top class everytime I have used them so just wanted to give a little balance

They said they will make code for me. They did, but code is not working. They give me false hopes, that's all. No big deal.

As I already said here I’m sorry you’ve had issues and I’m sorry the code didn’t work. However I did my best and I also pointed out there was another valid code available on the forum. With that code and a simple note on the order all would have been well as I explained.
