ok chopped cheese#2 yesterday and gave her a trim actually meant to chop cheese#1 wanted to leave #2 for another week or so

that's hanging to dry now was around 340g
next for the chop cheese#1 and bam#1

Great harvest pal,them jars are going to start filling up
