I'd recommend Stone Dragon from Autoflower Portal, that's the best pain reliever auto I've tried so far, many others that feel the same.

Hey, in about a month time I will be able to recommend (or not) some strains I am growing right now. I too am growing for medical reasons but more for spasm relief than pain. After an extensive research I settled on Sin Tra Bajo, Dr.Feelgood, Kush Van stitch, blue himalaya, short stuff [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG], snow ryder and guillotine. They all have medium to high % of cbd and thc. I'll keep you updated once I start vaping them.

I think method of ingestion is just as important as strain choice for severe chronic pain. I find good mental distraction from smoking/vaping herb, but real pain suppression for me comes in the form of everclear tincture.
