Hairy welcome.ur missing out if u aint topped a strong auto yet.u will enjoy the results thats for sure.the auto will really love u for back for topping her.il show u ,all in good time happy growing
Cornell looking great.and yea defol an auto as much as u want as long as she is minimum 4 weeks old and healthy and strong.will let more light in to those nodes u cnt see cause of all the leafs.but beware.once u defol the leafs will have grown back in double numbers in a weeks time.so more defol may be needed to keep her happy .best of luck,ur plants look very healthy
I dont think i could ever murder her, so much love, she was my first born [emoji23] i actually took a few leaves off last night but stopped as i didnt want to go over board, can i do it as a daily thing or should I give her a few days to recover?
The way i do it is.a give a heavy defol remove all i want at once.so if there is any shock its done all at once.but it dont shock them if in perfect health.dont slow them down in anyway.just allows more growth of nodes and budsites

I agree with Beast, I never see any shock from defoling. I however try to do it bit by bit over a couple of days. I feel like I'm hurting them if I take too much in one go.
Beast's results speak for themselves though so not saying his methods are wrong
