@BayLee420 always nice to run into another member of the blister, cut and burn brigade. great thread. have you been keeping up with the stuff munchies has been doing on weed cooking? some really cool ideas in there (lox made with a vodka based tincture got the stoner jew in me all hot n bothered). doing some cannabis cooking is a big part of the reason i want to grow - it's too expensive with bought weed. anyway, great information, thanks!
I have been working balls to the wall this Summer. Besides my regular gig at MOB. I do private catering as well. No name dropping, but have been working for some very wealthy Summer vacationers. This has put a damper on my work on the Cooking With Ganja thread.

The owner's just put this kitchen in. Sub Zero double stainless refrigerator, two commercial dish washers, two three bay sinks, granite island with, look at the storage, tons of space. Six burner stove with a center grill. The stove has two ovens that I wish I had at MOB. Stove exhaust system that rivals any restaurants'. The owner's will never use it. Weekends are breakfast at 9 am, light lunch at 1ish, set up appetizers for cocktails, feed the brats (chicken fingers and buttered pasta), The family eats easy meals that the lady of the house sets the menu. Every weekend is family visits of NYC socialites. Ends next weekend....now that's going to be a week long prep.
