This was added to 2.2 ltr of tap water left out for 48hr before nutes were added and given to plants .
Each plant got 1.1lt still no runoff as of yet .

Makes some difference when you pony them up eh. The lowers go mental. Damaged a few by forgetting I'd done it though. Doesn't hurt em much but makes you feel really bad lol.

Once your plant has 3-4 nodes the top 4 fan leaves start blocking light.
Some people chop them off to let light into the lowers, a less stressful way is to bunch them up like a ponytail for a few hours each day. Makes the lower branches grow much faster.

Haha a picture speaks a thousand words. I think 6 - 8 hours a day is the general consensus. 24 hours leaves you with mangled leaves lol.
