As disappointed as I was the first time I got a mutant seedling, I'm now very excited to see them grow.

I've had mutants give huge returns.

Its more exciting on photo grows though because you can clone it like a phenotype.

Proof of life!
Day 1

Inserted the 1.5 Grodan starter cubes into 4x4x4” Grodan rockwool blocks immediately after sprouting. Not exactly sure what method I’m going to use to grow these or even what substrate I’ll be growing in but the 4x4” cube will buy me some time to figure it all out. The 4x4” blocks are great to start clones or seedlings in… they give me an extra week before I need to get my final containers or rockwool ready, take very little space, absolutely no risk of transplant shock, and by placing the cube directly on top of my medium gives me more area for root growth.
Got them temporarily in a 2x2” tent with a 100 watt Maxisun hanging about a foot away and dimmed down to the lowest setting. Turkey baster fertigating for the first week and started to feed the babies 350 ppm of General Hydroponics Flora Nova Grow, GH Rapid Start, GH Floralicious, Clonex solution and Mykos with the PH set at 6.0. Going with a whole General Hydroponics lineup with this round and plan on running GH Flora Nova Grow/Bloom for my main NPK, GH Calimagic, Floralicious, Armour SI, Rapid Start, Koolbloom liquid, Koolbloom powder, Flora Nectar and some GH Ripen to finish them off.

We have life! Only one of the rainbow glue popped so I’ll get on starting another seed soon. But today would actually be days 2 and 3. One auspicious gold came up on Thursday and the other AG and the lone Rainbow glue came up Friday.

Started in jiffy peat pellets and transferred to instatransplant solo cup units.

Girl Scout Cookies 1 Week from sprout

We have roots! So it's time to get them ready for the system. Today will be there first full day out of the humidity dome. Rh in the Super Closet is 63%, 78°F. The rez is ready but I wanted to just put them in the net pots today. Then tomorrow I'll put them in the res. Overshot my EC a tad. Was shooting for .8 ended at .9 but that should be fine. 5.6ph.

Mine has the same, but I did a not normal method...straight to soil...in one gal bags.....and 4x4 and 2x2 blocks on top of the bags......i was just trying something new.....
