That setup is for starting clones, not seeds.

I have this, and the hormone gel aswell. http://letitgrow.co.uk/product/ROOTKIT/ROOT!T+Sponges+Propagation+Kit -What ph should i feed seeds in sponge? And do i wet it and squeese out abit every time i water? I decided to germ my critical jack and will grow it in soil so i can use the rest of the ffof i have, but since its to hot for seedlings i have to start the seed in these root it sponge.

That pH is too low. You'll need to add some dolomite lime to the mix to raise the pH up around 6.3 or so, then feed at the same pH. I'm also not crazy about the sand. Sand tends to compact the soil. Most MJ growers do not use sand in their mixes.

I just mixed the rest of ffof soil with a type of regular potting soil, ingredients is cowshit, sand and peat. The ph of this is 5,5. Its a really rich soil,i only had 2l of ffof mixed in. Should i feed this mix with ph 5,5 water?

Got u muddy,i buy some lime. Hope the sand not compact it too much then,i mixed in alot of perlite.

Regarding the root it sponges,i bought it beacause they said it was good to start seeds in. They where the ones that also said feed ph 6,5 in plagron, they shuld really educate them self better when running a hydro store. Anyway,i will try them with clones, what ph should i feed clones in this? And do i use alot of hormone gel,or just alittle on the stem before i plug it into sponge?

Most hydro store people have never grown autos so have no idea about the particulars of autos. Perhaps it will work, but it really is for clones. I'm not really the one to talk to about cloning as I've never done it myself. I start all my plants from seed.

Time for update here, now its only two afghan kush's and two automazar's left, the third slow, stunted afghan kush showed balls yesterday so i picked of the leafes and throwed it away. I fed the ones left for some hours ago, gave them all 1900ppm of grow nutes, that is half strenght mother earth super tea,and half strenght biobizz grow. All four is close to 73cm tall and quite bushy, especially the kush's.
I snapped one picture of roots on the trashed kush, pretty loaded. I will fed them one time more with grow before giving plane water once before switching to bloom and micro.
What do you think guys, they are pretty right?:jump:
I was logged out automaticly so have to upload pics again.

Looking good. From looking at that root ball, looks like you have smooth sided round pots. You can see how the roots have swirled around the sides of the pots. I'd suggest you get some square ones or some round ones with vertical indentations down the sides. They will redirect the roots back in toward the center of the pot, stop the swirl and make a healthier root system.

+1. I followed Muddy's advice and I was amazed at the difference in the roots after switching to square pots. Instead of a big mass of roots swirled around the outside of the soil, you had to really dig inside to see them. My local hydro shop has square pots for a couple bucks each, but you can find them online everywhere. They're often called rose pots.
