Yeah it would. It turns out that he is more connected than I knew. His wife is working the Oregon LCB on drafting regulations for Oregons' Recreational Market. They are working on being able to do a Micro Growrooms similar to Micro Brew Rooms and Wine rooms in Oregon now. Oregon actually pioneered that concept, so things look promising!
