Indoor Auto Seeds_Pink Runtz & Acapulco Gold

Thanks Bob - I have to say Wilma is my home turf, I would say over 15yrs of growth in total in the Wilma XL - obviously not the same one but I keep buying them again and again. Really easy set up, once it is dialed in you can go away for a week at a time without thinking about it. The biggest snag is the lack of maneuverability once going, it is an effort to move things around - it has to be my favorite system from the many I have tried.

I found an old diary the other day from circa 2009, was still in a Wilma xl - but scrogging the crap out of photo plants back then
Yup, amazing system indeed. As you might know, I'm using an Autopot (Easy2grow) system in my indoor grow and after installing a fossette I'm more then satisfied from it. The system can also go 10-14 days without manual intervention so yeah, going on holiday for a week is certainly doable

I bought a Wilma 4 pot system when I started growing about a decade ago.. I'd never grown anything before in my life.. I started in pots of soil instead and gave the Wilma away to the bro in law.. he did a couple nice grows in it.. he had a bit of previous experience growing so it went well enough.. fastbuds pineapple express was the one I remember most.. super tasty material that was.. as for me..im still in those pots of muck :crying:

Yeah muck, but you grow beasts in them so... :d5:

Thanks Bob :pighug: what I really love is that flood and drain set up.. admittedly in the hands of a highly skilled grower @420autoflower  thats where the big yields are in a SoG.. if I ever get enough in my stash to allow a completely experimental grow that may produce sweet nothing.. I'll have a crack at that.. I'd have to be in a position where I'm not relying on the harvest

Hey bro!
Flood & drain would be a piece of cake with someone with your experience. It wouldn’t be a experimental grow… you would get the hang of it in no time and have a nice harvest to show for it. Do you have plans for your existing tent after you get your new one? Perhaps you can do a simple set up in there… I would be glad to walk you through everything if you ever decide to got for it.

Hey Man - F&D are good I see you do very well in them, my first ever set up back in the late 90’s was an NFT set up which has similarities, after a hiatus I started again on the Wilma and that has always been my go to when I restart.
The tent issue, so I had one tent with the Wilma then I put up another with a decent rig etc… that was to try out soil and living soil with a blumat dripper system, anyway - one crop down and my partner has asked that I stick to one tent, therefore the new tent will come down tomorrow and I shall be back down to one tent.
I am forever playing around with new bits and bobs and I am pretty certain when I move to a better abode I already have my eyes on the MegaPot system for the 56ltr pots and that once again has similarities to F&D.
keeping a good old eye on yourdiary, there is certainly a simplicity to the approach and that has to be appreciated.

Thanks m8.. I reckon my chances of success would be around 50/50 lol I wouldn't have room to put the other tent up as well sadly or I'd have absolutely taken you up on your offer of guidance :pighug: I'm soaking your grows up like a sponge in case I get the chance to have a crack at it.

I think there is scope with a lot of systems, but the main thing I found when I went away for best part of a month was that lack of love, as much as we confess to LITFA, the reality is the majority of us will have a touch up at certain times at the very least - and for me that is what was missing from leaving alone for a while - anyway, try again on Sunday heading out for a week or two :pass:
