Hello,
This is my auto NL day 65 (26 vegetation 39 flower) grown in a 70H x 65L x 35l box with 3 x 30w CFl 2700k and 1 x 30w 6500k CFL light cycle 18/6
My flower nutrient is for orchids N-P-K 3-6-8 and i used 1 time KP fury from France Hydroponique (P-K 18-20).
I don`t have a PH meter.

Why my flowers are underdeveloped?
What is the problem and what can i do to fatten the buds?
Thanks.

Welcome to AFN!

I think that your lighting isn't as strong as it needs to be. I have seen some people have micro cfl grows but, they look like they stretched alittle too much. If they were smaller they would look thicker.
Did you put something under them when they were little to get closer. To light or just let them sit at the bottom of the cab?

I agree with guerilla, I have two of those lights and 1 of them in your space would be great. I started off on cfls and it wont be much more to just bite the bullet and go led than build another cfl setup. I wasted a lot of $ on cfls trying to do it $30-$40 at a time. It will amaze you how much better your plants grow. Good luck my friend.

Your plants look ok but could use more light.Your flowers are just starting so don't worry.

I had books under. The distance betwen the plant and the CFL`s was around 5-7 cm max.
I have no problems with the heat is around 22-24 degrees.
About the LED...it is my 1st grow.Maybe the next one will be with LED.

Now for my problem:
1. should i put 1 or 2 CLF`s lower to give light to the lower branches or in the top of the box?
2. can i trim the lower leaves that dont get light?

I am just concerned that they are in the 39 day of flower and they are small.

dont trim autos, if you haven't grown them enough to no how to do it, you can severely damage or kill them.

So where should i put another cfl bulb? in the right top corner or somewhere bellow the out fan for the lower branches to have more light?

Personally I'd stick one of your cfl's down low to get light to the lower branches, you won't need to bother trimming either then.

As far as trimming autos I would get some more experience first, read some guides and make your own mind up. If you do decide to trim after a few grows you really, really need to start getting the plant used to being trimmed early on in the veg stage to avoid shocking her during flowering.
