Dutch Passion auto mazar round 2

Looking Dank as always SB

day 65

both buckets are on 2.2 ec with added rhizo , pk 13/14 and carbo-load, temps are sitting around 78 with 600 watt hps and a 500 watt l.e.d

the big girl is still forming her flowers so has at least another 3 weeks left before I contemplate flushing although I may let her run longer because the smaller girl does look like she will be finished 1st,

neither plant has had full dosage pk boost but both are bud forming nicely, I reckon that the smaller plant has the potential to push double figures :Sharing One:

I bet it's taken you a while to get used to the colour of that HPS spectrum lol it's certainly not doing my OCD any favours lol SBs rooms have always been pink. What are you hoping the HPS brings to the game bro?

yes mate those 3 were dankety dank, don't think you will be disappointed with the shoreline..

Yeah the Shoreline is a BIG fave of one of my mates.. He's always banging on about Devils Harvest strains.. I ran it once before on my 1st photoperiod run.. It's was a particularly stinky one even under the LEDs.. I'm expecting it to be even more prominent this time..

what set-up you running now then kush-t?

Funny you should ask as my 1 1/2 yr old Secret Jardin dr120 shat itself two weeks ago.. In the form of the zips teeth getting mangled somehow.. It was leaking light badly as well.. Last Secret Jardin I'll buy..

I got a new 5ft-5ft Gorilla tent last week.. Now that's a tent!! It's a beast & so's the zip.. Look them up online.. Pricey but..

I've started running a 400v/600w HPS for flower.. Just wasn't getting the dank from my LEDs.. I'd tried different set ups.. DWC through to organic soil & soup style organic feed (still soil & soup style now) & even though I was getting a good product don't get me wrong.. I still wasn't overly impressed..
It was only when I bit the bullet & set up the HPS that I finally after two yrs trying thought.. This is primo dank!!
For me.. LEDs veg & HPS flower.. That's a winning combo right there..

It'll be be interesting to here your thoughts when you try your ladies under your new set up..

One piece of advice.. Get a pair of Method Seven HPS specs.. Don't grow blind brother.. They're worth every penny.. The LED ones are really good too.. But not so urgently required.. Those bulbs melt your f**king eyes..

Thanks for all your help Seymour.. Back in the day :Sharing One:

"Shat itself" pmsl. Priceless

I was gonna get 1 of those new gn units but the wait time was starting to take the piss a little bit so i bought an hps in the meantime lmfao only joking pal

ive been debating introducing hps for a while and ive been looking at my options for a few weeks, I was pretty set on getting the new lumatek digi ballast and bulb with reflector for £144 off ebay delivered but I then seen the e-fusion digi ballast with bulb and reflector which does exactly the same thing for £95 in my area and when I got to the grow shop they only charged me £85

if I can boost a few extra zips for the small layout ill be more than happy and ive had a touch of the green eyed monster as guys round my way are pulling 25+ from 1 plant in aqua farms, I reckon the hps x l.e.d should be a pretty top set-up for all year round growing, i can run l.e.d's in summer months and hps combo for the rest of the year

has tony been onto you about the new strains?

funny you should say that because with my last white widow grow i had the opportunity to sample 1 grown under hps and 1 under l.e.d both with the same nutrients and my widow tasted much stronger and more prominent than the hps grown 1 but this could well be down to phenos and not the lights

some strains never lose their taste wether done in hydro or soil and cheese/sk#1 is a great example of this

the bigger girl was on the floor again this morning, BEAST, obviously she knows what time it is lol :Sharing One:
