Some people use a water spray with h2o2 (dilute hydrogen peroxide) to try to slow the progress of rot. Others chop out the worst affected areas and keep a close eye on the rest of the plant, sometimes combined with h2o2. The balance is when to know when to chop and run
You can still use the affected areas for hash production. The only other things that can help in future are trying to space/ position the plants to maximise air flow around them. And keeping an eye on bugs, sometimes it is insect damage that forms the starting point for mold. But big buds, combined with heat and humidity (indoors or out) is both a blessing for the home grower, but at the same time it is a cause for occasional worry. Good luck with it
