So I have an Auto Critical Rapido 3-4 weeks, feminised from Barneys Farm. I'm using Organic Belnd5 and 1/4 Mircale grow for soil, that's it. The pot size is close to 2gallons I think but well enough for a auto if you ask me. For lights I have four 27w CFLs and a LED Growspot Mixed Spectrum 12w as main kola light. I have a mini fan/heater but its room temp so I use the fan as a exhaust. My sexy ladie is in a closest in a posterboard/cardboard box lol hey what'eva works but plenty of air for her. I have it lined with aluminum. Also I'm using GH 3-series and that far as it go with nuts. I used miracle grow once and did not like how it stunted my plants grow and left the leaves, sry but I'm rook but never will i mess with miracle grow feed. Anyways plants are at a distance from cfls but not far to cause stretching. I water with distill water but come to find out it has a Ph of 7.0 so i adjusted with vinager 1tbs per gallon bring it to about 6.5-6.8 and flushed yesterday and today the soil Ph is 7 again =(...SO sry guys just wanted to give yah feel before yah digg into my main problem. My leaf tips from bottom are yellow rust and is traveling to others leaf tips and its not a heat issuse cause i got fan leafs getting little light and they got em. I flushed my baby saturday(midnight) with Ph distilled water at 6.5-6.8 then I checked back on sunday and soil Ph was 7 =(. I fed my babies only twice, first feed was 2week stage and then last feed was 1/4 strength- 2-2-2 but i was scared of over nuting so I had 1-1-2 last week. Its been happening for a week now. I looked into things and i could be Cal/Mag but I know gh series comes with some of it, I heard its good to knock off the Grow to a lower and raise Micro so it gives more Cal/Mag but anyways please if I can get some help. I put a lot of work and hard effort into this one beatuiful ladie and I will be damned if she bails on me =(...I will post 120618-131303.jpg120618-131330.jpg120618-131413.jpg120618-131515.jpg120618-131635.jpg120618-131721.jpg

It looks as though you have a little bit of nute burn on the lower leaves

Just give a reduced feed from now on. But keep an eye on it just incase the problem gets worse rather then better :D

Not too much to worry about :D

Hey there and welcome to the AFN. First off, what are you using to test the ph of your feeds and runoff? Looks like a tinge of nute burn to me, and doesn't even look that bad at all. Doesn't look like cal/mag deficiency, but that does tend to come around about week 4-5 so be on the lookout. Just feed plain water for a few days and see if it gets any worse. Feed with plain ph water aroun 6.3-6.4 and gradually pull that ph down some. 7 isn't awful though, just the edge. Check this out, keep in mind that on this chart, they don't literally drop off like those bars do, they all have a gradual taper.

Otherwise your plant looks great man. Nice and green.

Loks like light nute burn.dont feed at all untill the plant asks for it.Then go light.miricle grow soil has a bad habit of dumping nutes. I wouldn't even have used a quarter of it. but its to late to worry about that now just add ph'd water and forget feeding for awhile.plant looks good otherwise.

Thank you Squid =), I'm using a Ph soil meter for testing, $10 from home depot and the one time NPK kit. I tested my water with no nutes for flush and the ph was 6.5-6.8 on saturday when I watered but didnt check runoff, wed next time i water with plain ph water to check run-off. Yeah I noticed that chart a number of times I will save it for further use. Hopefully she turns around

At Brokencage, how can i know it straves nutes, but i always have a sense in my heart my sweety needs her gh series

I hope so too. I wouldn't say she needs turning around, just a little veer to the left. :D I strongly suggest getting another ph tester. You get what you pay for generally. Look for a good digital ph pen made by Oaktron or Hanna. If you have the money I can further suggest some in particular. Ph is numero uno, friend. Stay on it always. Liquid drop tests are difficult for testing runoff because the water is dirty from the run through. That's why a good digital meter pen is a strong asset in your grow.

just wait for a slight yellowing of the bottom leaves it wont hurt her att all or if you see no other signs of need wait untill she starts flowering.they always appreciate a little more food during the first couple weeks of flower.Remember it's always easyer to add nutes than it is to remove them.damage cant be undone. The problem here is the miracle grow soil.it's hard to know when it's used up enough of the nutes already present in the soil to be safe to add more.or even how much to add.best to wait so you can be sure she wont burn up.if you are worried about it keep your jurnal going with pics and you can have multiple sets of eyes helping you keep an eye on her.:)

Indeed, thats how I feel Squid lol I felt low when I paid for it but hey I tried. I saw some pretty expensive ones but my limit to spend is low. Bills n College but $30-40 is the most I would spend so hopefully its worth it, better then $9.99. Its on the watch list already, but you think it got nute burn from nutrient lockout. Does that mean it locks out from the plants and builds up in the soil.

No that means nutrients get locked out because the ph is out of range, but that doesn't look like what you have. Between 6.4-6.9 is just fine for soil and you've been in range it seems, just a bit of burn from too much nutes.
