Dutch Passion Auto Blueberry, Blue Automazar, Auto Mazar and Polar Lights #2 get DWC'd with Dutch Pro Nutrients...

Hey man lovely grow i have been watching fo ra while now. Its interesting you say the BB got a small bit of bud rot. Ive grown an auto BB twice now with other strains of course and both times she was the only one to get bud rot. I was thinking maybe she is just prone to it, but at the same time its probably just my lack of experience. Just a theory though maybe some one else will know. Sorry to hear about the bud rot dude, keep up the good work. This has been amazing to watch.

Hi Briain

Thank you for the kind praise... Knowing that keen growers like yourself are enjoying the grow makes the time and effort to post all worth while... I've learned a lot here on AFN and do hope that maybe one or two others may have learned something from my random "Jorillaings"...

Thanks for the info regarding your experience with ABB both Jorillas ABB seem to be delicate beautiful plants and both have suffered much more than would usually be expected...

The rest of the grow is going according to plan apart from the severe overgrowing of the space by the crazy BAM and AM ladies....

Happy gardening

Mr Jorilla.

Mid week update...

As usual just routine maintenance, keeping as follows

pH 5.9
EC 2.6-2.8

The EC has been rising as high as 3.4 for the AM ladies when at the end of the light period, no ill effects seen.

To each tank was added:

On Tuesday 5 ml each of Canna Mono Calcium and magnesium

On Wednesday 12ml Dutch Pro Explode.

Daily maintenance involves topping up of water levels and keeping EC and pH within required range usually done twice daily

Lady Madge... Just love the colours... It reminds Jorilla for some reason of that poster of the sexy psychodelic bird smoking a joint... You know the one...

Mr ganjamoto, I have to say these are disgusting. Disgustingly AWESOME. Words can't really describe. So I'll attempt to show you with interpretive dance. :slap: (No, seriously impressed. Thank you for these awesome pics!)

Weekly Update

Fresh reservoir change made on saturday

Reservoir made up with 4.0 ml per litre of both A + B Dutch Pro Autoflower Hydro Bloom.

0.5ml per litre Growth Technology Liquid Silicon

To each bucket 20ml Dutch Pro Explode (equates to approximately 1.5ml per litre)

Canna Boost Accelerator 50ml added to each bucket

25ml Overdrive to each bucket

Final EC in buckets 2.4-2.6

pH set to 5.9 using Growth tech pH Pro Meter.

Temperature at plant tops running 29-31 C.

Reservoir temps approximately 20-22 C.

Air intake at the moment a mix of passive and 125mm RVK A1.

One or two spots of bud-rotic tissue have been forming whence the increased airflow, also Mr Jorilla figures the temperature is dropping a little too low at lights off causing an unacceptable increase in humidity and probably water droplets forming within the bud structure) so Mr Jorilla has taken the drastic step of keeping lights on 24/7 (the electricity bill is gonna be even more enormous)

Some photos of the ladies.

Hope you're all having a nice relaxing weekend...

Mr Jorilla ganjamoto.

Im having do the same problem too man. I just orderd two small dehumidifiers for like 40 euro each. Im hoping that when i get them il be able to turn the lights off again, they should keep my RH% at a minimum and hopefully cause enough heat so lights can stay off for 4 hours. You should ckeck out the small ones, very low on your eletric bill, You might have to change them every day or two but it would stop the bud rot i reckon.

Hi Briain

Thanks for the suggestion regarding the use of dehumidifiers....

I am running a dehumidifier in the tent with the PolarLights and one of the AB's in who were moved to make room for the AM and BAM ladies the humidity is bottoming out on the MinMax at 20% and they are still getting spots of bud-rotic tissue...

So Mr Jorilla is going to be extra extra vigilent with regards to looking for the early tell tale signs of the rot.....

Quel panache!
Magnifique
Peace!

I have been working with a Dutch nutrient producer over the past two months in some detail. I won't mention the name as I don't want to advertise on your thread King Ganjamoto. I will say his recommendations have been unorthodox but I have had very positive results so far. He is of the opinion that bud rot in cannabis is not so much from high humidity as it is from deficiencies in the cannabis plant itself. he recommended twice weekly foliar feedings of their blend of cal/mag at the beginning of flowering all the way to the end. Spraying buds and leaves. I thought this was the absolute craziest advice I had ever heard but he was supplying me with free nutrients so I promised to follow his recommendations. I have completed two grows doing that and have yet to see any signs of bud rot and I saturate the buds. Literally spray them until they are dripping with the solution. I am not recommending it but I will say it was worked wonders for me. I attribute the explosive growth on the 16oz comp plant to this foliar feeding. I don't understand the science behind it but I thought I would pass this bit of info along. You may want to ask Dutch Pro about it and see what they say.

:slap: nice grow bro! Love the talking pics! I wish mine would do that but they don't, ever! I smell a nomination! Get her out and get some good light on her before you chop her down do we can see all those colas!
