2015-02-16 20.08.08.jpg2015-02-16 20.07.48.jpgThese are my 21 days Amnesia Haze and pic 2 Vast and fast auto growing under 100w cfl each for the time being. They are really underdeveloped for 8 weeks from seed to crop strain. I heard that what seed companies say is misleading and that 8 weeks start from the time the first preflowers show up meaning in 30 days from seed. Is this right or have I done something? I ve done nothing else to stress them than transplanting them the second week. Please any help is most welcomed:DragonSmoke:

Autos can finish in the specified breeder times. but you would have to switch from growth nutes to bloom nutes, right when you see pistils....which should be any day now for your girls. But if you dont need to keep the plants small or need them to finish early, don't make the switch to bloom nutes until all upward growth comes to a stop..which is about 2-3 weeks after you see the first pistils. If I'd done that on this grow, i'd'v'e lost out on a solid 10", so that extra growth will give me that much more bud.

EDIT:
and now that im really lookin at the pictures, i wanna say i see what could be a bit of nute burn? Don't quote me though, im sure someone else will come along...

hey thanks for commenting. well this is not nutrient burn it was made by water that remained on the leaves while the cfl was close. So what shall I do just wait? they are not even 10 inches tall they cant finish in 60 days its impossible they are babies.

Heres mine at day 30, maybe lack of lighting is reason yours arent doing well?

Edit: they are northern light autos

yea, but trust me when I tell you, they will take off.
Especially once flowering starts, the plant will go through a 'flowering stretch'.
Here's an example, because this plant wasn't even 10" tall, and then it started flowering, and as of earlier, is 17".

now, you're plants are 21 days from the day they broke the soil and poked out tiny little seed leaves, no?
you do look rather stunted for 21 days, but, you transplanted them so that doesnt necessarily surprise me, lol.

Next thing you're bound to get asked, is what is your pH?
cause having the proper pH at the root zone is critical to your plants health. In soil, the plants like a pH of somewhere between 5.8 and 6.5, but most people go with 6.5...anything higher or lower than those two numbers there, and you're starving your plants of the nutrients it needs to grow and thrive.

When they finish is mostly genetics, but other factors affect when they flower also. Environment, your growing skills, plant health, even the size of the container you grow in. The growers are stating what they see as an average of what THEY grow. I've seen Mephisto strains finish in as little as 6 weeks! 56 to 65 days seems to be average for Mephisto's genetics I've seen grown here. So, some are very quick, some aren't. Take the breeders figures as a guideline for what they can do, not what they will do.

aw c'mon Pop - i wasn't saying THIS IS HOW TALL YOUR PLANT SHOULD BE! lol I was showing him evidence that the plants really do take off lol so regardless of whether or not they finish quickly (or take a bit longer), at SOME POINT IN TIME, lol, the plant will really go. lol

<33 where's my blueberry headband at? lol
