You won’t even need them with that big beautiful light of yours brother. But yes they will definitely come in handy in flower for lower nugs I reckon. Do a par test using photon app from the sides of the lights and see how much they increase par. I don’t think those lights produce too much par so I reckon they will increase par enough to help the lower nugs out

I have 2 UV bug zappers in my grow area. Each one has 2 10W fluorescent UV bulbs in it.

Right now they are on 24/7, but when I run photos they are slaved to the timer.

I have no way of measuring actual output at that frequency.

Remember that light falls off inverse to distance squared, so twice the distance is only 1/4 the light, 3 times the distance is 1/9th. Its very easy to burn a plant inches away from a COB.

I used them in the past right next to lower bud sites with no issues....this grow was ran the whole time with them in flower...

When I was just growing single plants in a tent the side lighting was easy, but my last grow and the current one has 4 plants packed into a .8m x .8m x 1.8m cabinet, so no side lighting. Here is a pic from 3 grows back... By harvest time the buds were massive, this pic is with a month left!

Yes. I'm a believer in lotsa light. It turns out that cannabis gives you lotsa weed if you give it lotsa light. Who knew!

Growcraft X3 for the canopy on the big plant, Vipar Spectra XS-1500 for the little one, and a Mars SP-3000 for the front row. Total was about 500 watts.

PPFD for the big plant was 900±µmols for the canopy and the front row, while Mary, the little plant on the left side of the tent, was at 800µmols because she was really hard to light.
