Seed Stockers Any plans to ship to the US?

I just wanted to bump this and see if you guys had considered reevaluating your shipping policies to consider shipping to the US?

if you dont know already go read about what the usa did to mark emery or gypsy from nirvana seeds and others no one wants that heat on them so i doubt companys from outside the usa will be sending gear until things are a bit more clear

Thats not really an apples to apples comparison. Emery was last in trouble with the US in 2005. His Canadian troubles in 2017 had more to do with tax evasion. There are numerous euro seedbanks that ship to the US right now, I doubt that the Spanish government is going to start extraditing spanish citizens to the US for selling seeds. I don't really need anymore seeds, I just wanted to try some of their beans. I've been burned by third party seedbanks too many times, from now on I'll only buy direct.

It would be cool if you guys could work with a distributor in the US like maybe Oregon Elite Seeds. Cross the ocean shipping, especially right now, is pretty costly in both time and money. I pretty much won't order from anywhere other than inside the US now as things tend to go better that way and there are lots of options here now.

Hey, we would love to ship it there really.... or have the distributor in the USA, however federal law does not allow us to ship seeds to the USA, so we cannot risk it, if something happen we could have problems in future when it could be legal to ship there.

US market is big and there is interest in our seeds, but we cannot risk the company because of that. Still there is more minus than plus for us.

We have distributors who ship there, this is their own risk, we are happy that there are at least SOME way how to get Seedstockers seeds in the USA. I understand also that you would like to buy only directly....

With the Recent changes to USA seed classifications will that be changing? Some of us don’t want to risk being flagged one more time by customs because of overused stealth method that’s not effective.
