Everything looking very nice. I don't know about watering because I grow hydro, but I always mist my babies with fresh, ph'd water. They really like it.

Still leave it 3 feet away from plant?

I don't know because I keep my seedlings in the AeroGarden that has a weaker light. But I wouldn't make any changes just yet, they seem like they're happy just as they are.
