Dropped.

Hoping to repeat some of the success I have had in the past with solo cups.

@Mossy wish Renaissance Redneck was here, he would get a kick out of this comp.

I had the same problem, one didnt germ either. On 2nd seed at day 5. Maybe we get a tally of how many didnt germ? Let @Dinafem-Mark mark know what ratio is so far.

Probably not a bad idea. I got out the seedling heating pad just to try and up my chances of success.

I started a 2nd seed because I didn't think my first was going to germ. Turns out mine were just very slow. 2 for 2, but very slow germinating compared to normal, +2 days. I used the paper towel in a open zip lock bag on top of a cable modem method.

Same here but I put it in a video game case on top of modem. Some one lost all 3 of his beans so he called it quits.

Okay so the second seed broke ground and we are going to call this day one. I figure I was do for a bad germ anyway have not had one in over a year. Either way I am going to drop the third and if it pops well two out of three isn't bad. I mixed some new soil for this battle as well (not that cups worth took that much). I am going with Coco instead of spangum this time. In a solo cup I do not want to deal with the hydrophobia that come with peat. It will be worth a little worse cation exchange in the soil.

If any member could do a simple chart to track progress with germination rates etc also if you got the seeds in the original packaging as they could be getting "nuked" when entering the States or Canada?

I ended up dropping the last two of three and both ended up popping. 2 out of 3 is not uncommon in my opinion.
