Here is the BEST & MOST POTENT birth-day cake icing recipe that i've ever made. I've been waiting for just such an occasion to post this.
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar/sweetener
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup whipping cream (35%)
170g(6oz) semi-sweet chocolate squares
2 tsp mint extract
1 pkg(250g) cream cheese
1 cup butter
First whisk together sugar/sweetener, cocoa & whipping cream in a medium sauce pan. Cook slowly over medium heat, WHISKING CONSTANTLY, until mixture comes to a gentle boil. Remove from heat & stir in chocolat squares until melted. Stir in mint ext. Let cool to room temp.
In a seperate bowl, beat cream cheese & butter until smooth. Add cooled chocolate mixture and beat until well blended. Refrigerate until spreadable.
For the 35% cream i typically use dry sifted unpressed hash,
as for the butter i like to use Cannabis Oil, but any cannagredients would be great.
Well it seems i have misplaced the cake recipe (cocoa-coffee) that goes with this Frosting recipe.
so try adding a strong brewed coffee (cooled) as the liquid in a box of instant brownie/cake mix.
(Don't forget to add the CannaButter)
