Black leaf trait might be a cold condition..as they were bred outdoors n cold their survival trick is to turn black get more heat in cold times..as some plants do turm purple or darker when into cold times..conserving p or k to flower when the temps or conditions get better..Idk..just a idea its prob not even whats in my head at the moment but I wrote it..lol..
black=poison naw I havent noticed that one..funny enough in plants/animals alot of the more colorful ones are the poisonous ones not to say all but just a qk observation..look at the poision tree frog, amanita mushroom, other flowers n such..
Like plants that make resin and essential oils make these to deter bugs and animals from eating them and protect their seeds even though to alot of those essential oils and resins smell good to us its still there to deter sometimes to attract and when we or animals touch or mess with them we release their pollen or seeds to attach them selves to us or by air...

They are Podencos..spanish hunting dogs..with webbed feet..
the new one looks like a hairy orange and white greyhound..apart from the Big webbed feet and sticky up ears...

They are supposed to be descendant from the ancient egyptian dog gods..

So Funny...you just reminded me..
they are water-dogs..
but she has been in the rescue kennels for 2 years..and she is only 3...:no:

first day we took her to the sea..we walk a little track behind the beach until the dogs do their bits..
she dragged us up the dunes chasing after our dog..when we got to the top she came to an absolute full stop with her legs splayed out and dug in...

and you could see the look of absolute shock on her face......we don't think she must ever have seen the sea before..she couldn't believe her eyes..

She won't go in yet..but I Think what she find out what those webbed feet are for..she will...

Your dogs esp the left one has the I want to eat a leaf all over its face the other is wonderin about it..
so far the stinky DD is a boy..MD is a boy and Pl is a boy might not keep the PL as I dont really know which one it is but it already started to open so I just may grab some pollen from him..The BW that is big is a girl twice the size of the rest same age..all with the fat indo leaves..even my CRAK has the fat leaves and the OG CR wasnt fat like that...lovin it.
