Not a massive growth spurt but at least they are showing their second set of
leaves now. You can see how much they stretched, especially the BH. I wish I
could get them under lights...

The poor sick one...ahhhh...just been for a second look..I was overcome with hunger first time in..greedy..greedy..

But..I can still see a lot of unaffected leaf down below..so I would just nip the damage out..
then you get to see if the damage is progressing or if you have it sussed..:thumbs:

it smells beautiful in the tent wiz. Without the carbon filter, it's overpowering but now that it's hooked up, there is a light floral scent outside of the room and inside the cab smells like a mixture of baby diaper, berries and flowers. almost like an old womans choice of her favorite floral scent perfume, but not the over bearing kind...Very unique mix of smells. When i put my finger to thunder i get very sweet berry smell...the bobbys have the more floral note to them. the color on them is just as facinating as the smell!

if it is of any interest, this cloven leaf trait is quite common in the pehkuruder and often in its offspring aswell.


edit: ive noticed that when i give the plants excessive amounts of light, it will sometimes trigger different leaf querks, often when the root space is limited.. kind of seems like the plant wants to grow more fingers on the leaf or to grow more and bigger leaf surfaces

There may be a 'light' at the end of the tunnel...I'm pooling resources with a mate of mine...he has space for growing and between us we have 2 tents, lights and a lot of seeds. I'm still going to grow outdoors come spring as well hopefully so things are looking good

Cool. Yep, I see it now too. Thanks for the closer-up. Saved me the Google time! From what Ive seen, it seems to happen more the wider the leaf is. Ive only seen it a couple times, so Im no expert. 'Tis cool tho.
Mother Nature is pretty cool.
Thinking about the black leaf trait... Some plants change color to look less appealing to those who might wanna eat(/smoke) them. If I didnt know better, Id rather eat a green leaf than a black one... Some also try to emulate poisonous species... IDK if black=poison in the plant world, tho...
LOL, Its probably something way less romantic and us smart creatures are overthinking it!
