so against Conventional advice you need to Up your metabolic rate..
mild exercise..or metabolic raising food..like chilli Might give you the boost to body temp you need to sleep. :thumbs:

Conventional advice doesn't work..so it is Worth a Try..

Thanks Wiz. I see what you mean. I am generally a warm person and I love hot foods. Not sure if that makes a difference. I have had mild-moderate insomnia for a while. That is one of the reasons I need a flat out KO strain.

Hey while I have you here and I hope you don't mind. Will you go take a look at my recent future breeding ideas thread? You are more or less a basis for my adventure. It should be easy to find in my most recent threads posted.

Ha. When i frst started going by this alias, there was a bit of confusion as far as mg and miracle gro/ micro.grower. lol, so to end all future confusion, i.m fine with micro. Minus a noob going by "micromaster", i.m the only "micro" around the forums that i know of. Sorry for the rant, not stoned enough and insomnia is kicking my ass... iv.e been reading up on strains for the past two hours... found a few sites offering tom hill.s deep chunk. I wouldnt mind crossing a duurty back to the dc line to see what i get out of it.... lol... as previously mentioned, my insomnia is bad right now.... i.ll see if i can make sense of these thoughts in the morning...
