Old Reviews Ac infinity clip on 6 inch fan.

I contacted ACinfinty. We'll see. Mine stopped oscillating but with a little push it will start again but it skips and is intermittently stopping and starting. The fan works fine though.

A few days ago my humidifier in my secondary grow area, an unused bathroom, went berserk, and raised humidity to 88%

This soaked everything in there with dew, including my 6" AC Infinity fan, which responded by going to max speed.

I eventually noticed the noise since I usually keep it on 2. The control button was unresponsive.

The next day it was visibly dry, but wouldn't power on. I decided to let it sit a few more days.

Fast forward 3 days... Its working again with no sign of the earlier issue.

I have three 6" oscillating fans, two are basic generic ones off amazon which cost $45 each and have two speeds, fast and faster. One makes a screeching sound which drives me nuts. Then for $5 more I have an AC Infinity fan that has 10 speeds and is very quiet. It all comes down to what you want, with a $5 difference. I will get just as pissed if my $45 fans don't last long as I would if my $50 fan doesn't last long.

I contacted AC Infinity and explained the situation and being the great company that they are about customer service they responded by asking for my shipping address and a code on the fan and said they are sending me a new one no charge. This is the second time I've had to contact CS and both times they just sent out a replacement item. Most of my grow equipment is AC Infinity now and it just kind of happened, I know their prices seem high for some things but if the reason I pay more is to offset warranty claims and get excellent CS I'm ok with that.

I turned off the oscillate on one fan last night. I could hear sight gear noise beginning, but no change in movement. With the above post, I'll just probably turn it back on and let it run.
The disclaimer of sorts to not run oscillate more than 18hrs a day is just plain stupid. It's a grow fan! It stays on 24/7. Hopefully they don't use that later to negate the warranty.

I am looking for a new fan, and I came across these. Majority of people said they're garbage, and they don't last. I was shocked because always heard good things about AC Infinity, but most reviews were bad. They like their exhaust fans, but say not the same quality. The issues were consistent which is a res flag for me. I passed for now still using my 12" $10 Walmart special lol. It's going 5+yrs now like you said... 24/7. Only reason I wanted a new 1 was to give me some more room in the tent.

I've had mine a couple of weeks and the 2nd reason I bought it was with the 69 controllers you can control this and my cloudline s6 extraction fan I haven't rigged the controller up yet as I've only just got that

Room was what I was after. Once I received the fan and saw the warning about running oscillation 24/7, I knew it wasn't going to last.
I have two cheap 12in fans in my 2 tents
