manana I can deal with ... have to every day.

Being told that 84kgs of stuff was packed in to 2 boxes weighing 9kgs ... and that my order has been delivered ... that ain't manana!

By the way, what tent did you go for........I saw you were going with one that's 220 cm high...........which judging from my limited experience is a decision you won't regret.......unless of course you happen by the Gorilla tents that is 240 cm high.....Oh man, what wouldn't I give for one of those right now!!!!

If they fail to see their claim is IMPOSSIBLE, then I will have to initiate a chargeback through the bank.
Hopefully, they will bow to common sense and logic!

Gorilla tent is simply out of price range.

The tent is another story ... am having an issue getting one to Spain.


This whole experience is one nightmare after another.

Might actually have to resort to this, as crazy as it seems.

Funny story to go with the mix ... contacted the manufacturer direct, to see if they could help.
After repeated [ignored] emails explaining the situation; i.e. I was interested in their product but could not source one in Spain, they finally responded, wanting £50 MORE [+ shipping] than what's available through online retailers.

Had a little chuckle to myself ...

Oh ... and quick update on the missing ServoVendi items ...

It seems that ServoVendi might now be willing to accept I did not receive all the items I paid for ... which isn't a total surprise, given I was able to provide them with an email showing the COURIER CONFIRMED the order had not been delivered, because the second 'package' is a large pallet that is STILL SITTING IN THEIR WAREHOUSE.

Apparently, it couldn't fit into the delivery van.

One more hurdle overcome ...

Yeah, I can understand your hesitation!

That, amongst other things is the reason why I much prefer buying things in person from a growshop, but I do acknowledge I'm very lucky to have one close to me, I know not everyone has that luxury. There's also the paranoia aspect lol, I want to avoid as many online purchases as I can, but of course not everything can be picked up in person so I hope your future orders are much less stressful!

For me, its ALL about location.

I'm fortunate to live in Spain, so with the new laws that came into play on July 1st [?], growing indoors is pretty much decriminalised. So paranoia doesn't come into it.

It's the simple fact that I'm in 'campo', about a bazillion miles from a grow shop.
