I love PlantLightingHydo.com, great site. I have the Phat 20x6 450 CFM Carbon Filter, love it. I do not have much experience with other filters but two thumbs up to the Phat.

I've been buying from them for about 4 years now. They usually have the lowest prices, lowest shipping costs and their service is excellent. I usually get my orders in 2 days UPS ground. I just wish they would start selling AN nutes so I could buy everything from the same place.

Hmmm. That is weird. And good to know. Sadly, I am beginning to think again about HTG. And that sucks they have good prices and customer service was great on my timer return. I emailed them and within 24 hours they emailed me back confirming the problem and then immediately sent me another one free shipping and all with no return of the timer that did not work. Shipping is pretty quick too. I will have to check out these other places though for sure. I still have to buy my fan and filter setup and all. Just running with what I have now, seems to be ok. It does sound like it's that filter in particular because I have seen good reviews on it. Could be a defect I guess. Everything else I already bought from HTG though. The tent is awesome! Best I've seen out there. I just need to make sure I get the right fan that's going to work the first time. You'll figure it out dude. We got you.

Not much new to report on the cobra today-her cola and budsites are startin to swell nicely.Shes got some crystals on her sugar leaves but not as much as i thought there'd be.Day 53 today,1 more nuting to in a day or 2 and then the final 2 week flush.I noticed the smell goes up and down with the weather it seems-a warm day no wet weather and its not bad,a wet cooler day and it smells worse-that make since? Shes gettin more and more red/orange hairs mixed in her top.I don't see a single seed pod anywhere on the plant and its been weeks since i pollinated and that really sucks! My pineapple express autos are crankin and going vertical every day- i had 2 that were suckin the t5 tubes this a.m. where last night they were 1 1/2"-2" away. I thru a new pic in the 32oz comp section if anyones interested.Hard to believe a big plant like that in such a small container. The blue widow is lookin a little better but she still getin some yellow bottom leaves where as the entire top is beautiful green,more calmag tomorows watering and see if it stops.Thats all fer today,thanks for stoppin by!

Day 55 update on my cobra girl.She had her final nutes this morning,1/2 tsp. tigerbloom,1/2 tsp bigbloom,1/2 tsp calmag,and 1 tsp molasses.Shes gettin quite a bit more orange in the buds and cola and the sugar crystals are comin on strong now on the leaves. Shes still really green except for a few of the lower leaves,keepin my T5 with the 6500k bulbs an inch from her top and i threw in a couple 2700k cfls on a splitter for some extra sidelighting besides the wall mounted single T5's. Cola and buds are swelled up nice and hoping they get bigger these last 2 weeks of plain water.I've been checkin the trich's with a jewelers loop but my eyes are shot to hell and they look clear to me still,the loop has lenses of 5-10-15mm and that still doesn't help me see'em much better lol. Wondering if i should nute her one more week or if that will really do anything more for her this far in.Supposed to be a 70-75 day plant. My other grow of pineapple express has hit day 30 and those things are going vertical.The 3 i tiered into 3 gallon pots are decent size but the one i put into the 32oz. comp hit 14" today and is bushier and taller then her 3 sisters.Would have thought it would have been reversed and the bigger pots would have bigger plants? 2 have alot of budsites forming and 1 isn't doin much.I did pollinate 2 of the pineapples with some cobra polen i had left over and hoping for some new seeds-should be an interesting cross. My blue widow photo has pulled out of her calmag fit and has become a short fat bush lol.Shes on day 25 and gonna let her veg for at least another month,maybe longer before i switch her to 12/12.Seeing as shes in her own rubbermaid growbox i wanna finish the cobra and pineapples and then move her into the growcloset and under the T5's.Sorry for the clutter-got 3 different strains going in my original journal lol!

Day 58 cobra pics,today i started the final 2 week flushing with just plain ph'ed water.I think theirs a ph monster lurkin around.Water in was 6.9 and runoff was 5.9,noticing the leaf stems are all purple now but the leaves are still pretty green.Lots of sugar on the bud and cola leaves but the trichs are still clear from what i can see with my blind eyes.Got some nice orange color changing in the buds and cola and the smell is killer.A while ago i had asked about how long for the flash cobra to finish and the general answer was 70-75 days.I'm almost wondering if i should have kept nuting her for another week before i started plain water.Would appreciate some input.Should i worry about the low ph runoff and purple stems now or just let it run its course till its finished?

Looking good mate.id say you coulda probably gone another week as theres still plenty of green on those leaves,she should use those up now you have stopped nutes though

Thanks Red! I figured i shoulda let them go but i had that 70-75 day mark stuck in my brain and it over took common sense lol. Next water is in 3 days or so i'll give her a check then and see if i'm losing any color,if not maybe i'll hit her with a shot of tigerbloom and molasses.She started off rough and didn't think she would make it,now thtas shes healthy she don't wanna die lol!
