The Cobra doesn't look bad. Looks like it's just starting to finish up. Up the cal/mag to a tsp. the next feeding. Sounds like your pH is okay on the Blue Widow. Next feeding give it your veg nutes and a tsp. of cal/mag as well.

Will do Muddy.Thanks for the help.Didn't expect trouble this quick (day 18) with the blue widow,its actually looking like my failed first grow of white widow.Maybe i should stick to autos only lol,but it was a freebie seed so i figured i'd see what happened. I know i'll be adding more perlite next go round,the cobras soil is ffof with 20% perlite added and its still compacted into a round block!

Thanks squidherb! Feels like forever to get to this point and still at least 20 days left to go till the end.The budsites and cola are starting to thicken up nicely. I'll give you a tip if your completely new to this;Buy the BEST carbon filter you can get and don't skimp! In the last 2-3 days the cobra is STINKIN big time.I bought an HTG 4" fan/filter combo and it done a good job until now,but now i think its outgunned and the cobras winning! I've got a cinnamon furnace filter hanging on my exhaust port in the attic,an ona bucket in my living room,and enuf febreeze sprayed around to kill anything that breathes and its STILL smellin.I walked in my stairwell this pm from being outside all day and almost had a stroke,i could smell her from downstairs. Thank god it hasn't gotten outside. Last ditch effort if it makes outside i got a bottle of 100% pure skunk essence from my trappin days to drip around lol.The good and bad part is i got 4 pineapples heading into week 4 that are growing crazy and i don't even want to think about that smell when they get ready.

Damn. That's slightly scary. Especially considering that's the exact same fan and filter combo I was planning on getting. I wonder if it's just those Cobras that are so smelly. Hmm. Anyone? Muddy? Haha. I hope all goes well man keep going!

Don't think its just the cobras that stink that bad,actually the pineapples have more smell to them at 4 weeks then the cobra did at that age. I'll get thru it BUT i WILL have a top notch filter BEFORE the pineapples are near the end of their cycle!

My first ever indoor grow was some Diesel Ryder, about THE smelliest auto out there. I was venting outdoors and figured since I was doing that I wouldn't need a carbon filter. Got so bad you couldn't get within 50' of the house with smelling them. I got a carbon filter quick. Sounds like you may not be pulling enough CFM through your filter.

Somethings up thats for sure Muddy.I bought the 4" inline fan/filter combo from htg-fans rated at 170 cfm.My rooms 33"x33"x6' vented into the attic.Filter is mounted in closet with 18" of straight pipe going up into attic coupled to 90 degree elbow,fan to elbow and then 3 feet of straight duct exhaust.Actually a pretty short run with only 1 bend.I thought that 170cfm 4" fan would cover that room no problem,i've gota passive intake and enuf negative pressure to suck the door closed by itself.My humidity never got above 45% the whole grow so don't think moisture could have ruined the filter,its rated for 12-18 months. Its got me wondering thats for sure,i WILL have a better ventilation system next go round. I'm thinkin these pineapples are going to stink and that filter is not gonna cut it.

Fullauto its more than likely the filter. There are quite a few people who have bought htg filters and not been very happy with its performance. I personally spent the extra money and got a phresh filter which is rated for 2 years and it easily controls 12 autos growing in one tent and that's with the fan only on 50%.
