When people say start with 1/4 nutes do you guys not use an ec stick? I always started with plain ph water and then when up for a few days ill add my nutes to an ec of 0.5 durring veg the highest I've gone upto was ec of 1.2 and flower was 1.8 although I probably could of pushed than I just always believed less is more. Good luck with your grow dude I think hydro isn't as hard as reading about it. You can really confuse things but end of the day it's a plant and it wants to live. Also can't stress enough to get a root stimulator I really can see the difference. I use canna rhizo but sure all do the same job.

Thx ninja I don't know about the ec meter but will be using ppm meter. I have always end used a root stater in my soil and will use rapid start in my hydro

Look on google but you can easily convert ec and ppm I think. Pretty sure my stick reads both so if want me to put it up let me know mate. If you've grown before you'll have an eye for reading a plant. This forum is also an amazing help. Any problems just stick a pic up. Once you grown a few times you'll improve even if you get bad yields the saying you learn something every day can be applied to grows. If the plants look hungry give them more. They want to live as much as the rest of us lol they'll tell you what they want and how they are feeling. Any problems alot on here know more than me and everyone's glad to help best of luck
