A couple of questions from a first time grower who recently planted.

Coming up on 2 weeks now (3 days away) from planting in soil. Does she seem a little small?

How many days since she got her first set of true leaves? I think at that point you begin counting days.

The only day I wrote down is 2/21/20, and that's the day she went in soil. I think it was around 3 - 4 days after that, so she's about 8 or 9 days, then. Does she seem a bit small for that age or about right? I guess she is only just one week old, more or less.

ya, she lookz ok for jus a week...jus don't overwater & remember that at that age, all the work is goin on underground & from the top, it seemz like nothin is happenin...but it is! :smokeit: :smoking: ppp

Looks like she grew a set of redundant leaves. Would this be a mutation? It doesn't look harmful, but I was just curious.

well, tbh, u've actually got it kinda backwardz, lol :rolleyes2: lookin from the top, on what is the second set, the one on the right should have three fingerz like itz counterpart on the left, but decided not to instead, lol...it'z no biggie tho & actually happenz more than u might think, cuz well, autoz are freakz  i've got a fastberry goin atm that'z been a totally unbalanced, asymmetrical bitch from the word go, lol  long story short, it'z all good & nothin to worry bout  ppp

Your plant is just trying to live. Weed always will with very little care.
Patience now will be your best asset. After 14 yrs of this hobby, I still take pics every few days to compare...pics sometimes reveal important issues.
We all have had that "one ugly gal"...I just push her to a corner, throw her a crumb now and then...one day you may find the wallflower became a full blown hooker!

Yeah, I thought about it and looked at other people's photos, then realized that. Oh well. This one's definitely got a few issues going on, but you know what? I kind of like it. Gives me more experience.

I'm afraid I only have one ugly gal, but she's not showing any major defects (apart from the very first leaves, but that was a seed shell issue) so I'm confident she'll be fine.

:vibe:

I'm having some trouble with humidity and temperature. I can get the temperature down to just below 80 F if I keep my circulation fan and intake fan on, but it drops my humidity to 45%. If I lower the strength of my circulation fan, I can get my humidity to around 55%. Which seems more ideal?
