A couple of questions from a first time grower who recently planted.

Small (and dumb) update - I rooted around in the soil and realized I buried the seeds too far, but it does look like they've all broken out of their shell slightly. I fished them out, re-buried them, and watered just a bit. The one that did sprout (out of the three) still has its shell stuck to its head, but I'll be waiting before I try to remove it.

What are the chances that the ones I had to re-bury will ever sprout?

If anyone has any good advice (or maybe just prayers), I'd appreciate it. b(d_d)

Would you mind sharing me some of your grow photos? :toke:

Sure thing. Not much to look at, sadly.

The humidity was more like 80% before I opened the flap, and the temperature was a little high for the day overall.

Should I take zome tweezers to the seed and get it off there already? It's still a little short and could break free on its own. It's almost day 4 in the soil.

The husk was stuck on mine when it sprouted. I pulled it off of there. Didn't seem to hurt it any.

It was a bit sticky. Ought not to take much force. Maybe play with it a bit to get it loose. Or try again tomorrow.

If you have some kelp it contains gibberillens that can improve gemination rate if you let them soak over night. Kelp with help the plant do a lot off things better and be beneficial to the root zone as well.

I do have some Recharge, which I believe has a bunch of great stuff for them. Problem is, I think I watered today. Should I mix up some pH'd water and Recharge and water them now or wait another 1.5-ish days? Will leaving the shell on for another 1.5 days risk killing the plant?

Do you have a humidity dome over the one with the shell. Seeds and cuttings like high humidity 90+ at first. If the seed still hasn't germinated you could try soaking it in some recharge as it has several biostimulants in it already.

I don't. I took it off because the humidifier is there and I heard they don't need it when you can see them above ground. I'll pop it back on, give it 1.5 days, and then I'll hit it with some water+Recharge to soften it up for a deshelling.

EDIT: Popped dome back on. Also noticed something - its leaf is really starting to grow out. I think it might actually move the shell off by itself!

You could mix like 1/4 strength recharge in pH water and spray it. Then put the dome on until either you or the plant removes the shell. I've lost seeds because of poor humidity levels initially
