I took most of the tops from DUTCH PASSION: CINDERELLA JACK today. They were 10% amber. I left the rest of the plant to mature some more.

All 4 remaining ladies have been chopped this morning.

The DP Cinderella Jack that was chopped only on it's tops on the 16th gave me 4.7 ozs Sweet!

My drying line is full. Take care.
