Indoor 600w HPS Devilmatic Grow

Lighting Type: 600w HPS
Light Schedule: 24 / 0
Nutrients: Advanced Nutrients (Bloom)/ Hammer Head. I've started them on a low dosage (1 tspn & .5 tbsp per 10lt).
Feeding: Plain tap water, once every 3 days. One feeding with nutes once every 2 days.
Grow rooms smell: Manageable


Info: Plants have responded well to pruning. My biggest plant has grown 4" up and about 2" wide, not to mention the explosion of buds on the plant It now stands at 22", I believe I'm just about to exceed the maximum indoor height for these things. Nothing much else to report for this week. Flowering seems really slow, but then again it always does at the start and I've been freaking out thinking I'm going to get M&M sized buds. However, after seeing the progress from last week to this week I'm fairly happy now.

Also 2 latecomers have joined the party. The 2 LSD are 2 days from seed under the 250w CFL in party cups.

Info: Budding has taking off this week on the main 2. Loads of bud sites, very hairy and getting plenty of crystals on them now. They have about 2.5 weeks to go so I'm fairly happy with their progress but I'm expecting them to pump up a lot in that time. By the looks of the main one I'm going to clear an ounce on it. Its stopped growing at 22 inches and is now spending all of its time budding up.

I have 6 more of the plants that have started showing flowers now so they're about a month away. Should have every thing cropped out before Christmas.

Also included are the random mutations in this strain. There's the weird stem growth they all have (they did a loop de loop and grew up), the different leaves from the 3 phenotypes are also visible as well as two fugly plants :/ And of course the mandatory room shot, which is beginning to look more like a respectable grow room now.



LSD plants are showing good growth (they're a week old today!) but they're staying under the 250w blue CFL for at least another 3 - 4 weeks, after I crop out the autos they'll be going into flower then. I hope to get at least 6 clones before then.

Yeah but at a 1/4 dose. Haven't had any problems with them in that respect I've been taking it very easy, looking for discolouration and so on. They're all in their last few weeks now anyway so it's about time to keep em on Liquid Carbo Load to help with some bud weight.

Yeah, Advanced Nutrients are some strong shit. You tried Big Bud and Overdrive from them? You can check my grow journal. I just started feeding them the first Big bud. I Will in 2 weeks go over to Overdrive. I promise you some fat colas

I'm going to pick some of that up for my next grow, I'm just using up the stuff I had left from an older grow. Had some hammer head and some LCL left and they're working out nicely for me. Don't want to add too much shit in now, I'll have to flush them next week.

Yours is only early days yet mate Mine looked pretty much like yours did a few weeks ago. Plus you're using MH for the short veg and the 600HPS later so I'll probably get less than you all going well I anticipated them being a lot smaller so I got 20 of them to make sure I got my 10 ounces. I've lost 4, but now I have 16 of these plants, some of them are seriously big all going into flower :/ For the first time in my life my main problem is I'm going to have way too much weed.

I'll definitely be scaling back for my next one. I have 2 Barneys Farm LSD on the go at the minute, they'll be getting joined by an auto blueberry and an auto AK. Definitely not growing more than 4 - 6 under the one 600 again. I spend nearly 6 hours a day just going up and rotating all of the plants to make sure they spend equal amounts of time in the lights hot spot. Watering them is a complete pain in the ass. Things we do for weed tho, eh? It'll be worth it in the end, I've learned a shit tonne from this grow. I'll be happy to drag you across the finish line yourself with a nice yield to boot.
