Hey everyone. I started a log here a few years ago, but never finished due to problems with that grow and moving. I haven't been here since, but now I live in Denver :smoking: and getting my grow on!

This grow is about as cheap as it can be at the moment, toddlers are very expensive... So I'm using 90% of what I have on hand to complete this grow.

The grow:

Light: 600 watt Ebay LED w/ 5w Cree LED's

Soil- Happy Frog mixed with 25% perlite

3 gallon smart pots

Nutes: Technaflora recipe for success kit.

Seeds:

Auto Seeds, Diesel Berry. http://www.autoseeds.com/diesel-berry-seeds.html

Royal Queen Seeds, Northern Lights. http://www.royalqueenseeds.com/125-northern-light-automatic.html

Grow space: is 3'11"x 2'8"x 9' high
Is a closet in my hallway. It sits against the bathroom, so I plan on connecting to the bathroom exhaust that happens to share a wall with this closet.

Seeds were added to soil on 3/28 around 3am All sprouted from soil on 3/31.

A side note, these seeds are over 3 years old, I stumbled on them in one of my secret stash spots a couple weeks ago and:woohoo1:

Wasn't sure if they would germ, but it seems they're having no trouble at all. :yay:

all 4 ladies have sprouted and showing their first set of leaves Coming right along.

Did discover my tap even though it has twenty ppm, its still 8.3 alkaline so I have to PH down with it.

Modified the room a little, raised the light. The other day when I posted was just a quick hodge podge i threw together to get the light on them. Now its 48" above them currently.

Right now I'm having to leave the closet door cracked open with a box fan blowing the air out. Keeping the temps around 77-81 I can't afford an exhaust fan atm and my last one burned out, so this will have to do until I can get a new one.

Anyone have suggestions for a fan for this room? Measurements are 3'11" x 2'8" and I lowered the ceiling down to 7'3" and the fan needs to be CHEAP!!!!

I have a vent fan for my bathroom that shares a wall with the closet. I was thinking to cut through and attach the exhaust fan there, what do you guys think? Or could I just get away with using the actual bathroom fan? Not sure what the CFM is.

I'm a fan of the RQS NL. Patchwork grow, make it do what it do!

Thanks, the NL are a couple free seeds that have been sitting around with the diesel and a single candy kush for a few years. I haven't tried Northern Lights, excited for these ones. I have had the Diesel Berry and its definitely one of my favorites!

Day 4

Here are some update pics in high res =)

Help

OK so Day 8 and they seem a bit slow. As well as you can see from the pics something is up with a few if not all of them. It looks like it could either be nitrogen or calmag maybe? PH lockout? Anyone with more experience able to help me out?

Disclaimer: They were under watered a little for a few days while I was away, and I know it affected them. But it looks like something more going on.

Royal queens nl is a monster plant subbed in for this one bro the plants are looking great glad to have u back

What were your temps at? That nl does get fussy about cal but it may be too early for that

Here's some true color photos, it seems I had Vivid turned on, on the camera.

This gives a better idea of the colors, and I got some better angles too.

The temps are holding a constant 77 degrees F 41% humidity. There was a day of 6ish hours around 85 degrees, but that was 3-4 days ago and temps are stable now that I have better venting.

Here's a few pics of the actual full grow room as it currently stands. Right now you see the brand new out of the box TEN dollar  188cfm vent fan i picked up, which is more than enough cooling for the room. Its not yet blowing out the bathroom vent, just blowing cool air into the room right now.

In the very back on the wall you can see the temperature gauge and it reads the constant 77. I had it in the center of the plants and it was reading 72-73.

They may be a couple of days away from nutes and them not getting much moisture could be why a few of them look a little strange but just stick to your schedule watch for them bounce back. They look pretty good though.
