Dutch Passion 6 Colorado Cookies in a SCROG (Autopots + DIY COB lights)

I'm seeing some issues appear in the leaves

classic new cocco high Ph...................... re leaf issues, take a 150ml fresh run off and take the Ph and Ec of the run off, from each plant and post it up here.................... do not feed an Ec (Nute only Ec), above 0.9 at the moment untill we diagnose the deff issue, which will move up the plant if still in play etc........... is it house & garden cocco ??................... been a few duff batches of late, very low Ph runn off's at Ph4.1............ not good.. these are the Ph ranges that will lead to deffs if bridged................post run off as soon as you can ok........ Thanks for the info. I'm using Plagron coco. I usually flush 10L of pHed water with nutes through each pot before the grow, but didn't this grow because I checked the pH of the coco with distilled water. I measured a pH of 5.9. I did notice that my timer was broken and the plants have been getting no darkness at all until today (day 35). This might contribute to the deficiencies in the leaves as well.

I've connected my aquavalves and autopot reservoir on day 32 and gave them EC1.4 (background EC0.5) for 2 days. The Cal def worsened so I upped that to EC1.7 and pH6 on day 34. We'll see how they respond.

They are starving for nitrogen terra, in the last 5 pages, you have not mentioned how much nutrient you have prescribed @Day/35........ give them a boost shot of nitrogen ASAP @Ec0.9 (Nute Only Ec) Terra, you got Bloom A+B where is grow A+B terra mate ??.......................

would explain the light green of the nitrogen starvation...as your "Run Of Ec".is fine @5.9. so bang on, if you have only been feeding bloom @Ec1.0 on bloom only, might explain a few things, .....

where is your 'Nitro rich "Grow A+B" terra ??????? you say your last grow hit 2.2g per watt,............. did you just use bloom A+B then ??/ you are looking for 166g dry from each of the cookies right............

you have Ph pen, you have an Ec meter also terra Qs "When Where They Last calibrated /".......... You fed Ec1.0 recently,................... those leaves would not be ijn nitro starv if Ec pen is bang on right, Ec1.0 is a good strong feed.............

Nutrients: Ferro (Coco Bloom A/B, PK Booster Enriched, Bio Roots, Bio Crop, pH-), Canna (Calcium, Magnesium)

You need a veg nute, terra, although now @D35............ your fruit tops should start to show, so wont be long before you flip to bloom anyhow,........................ due to this, i would keep the veg feed going for another week to build up the stregth in the flower, that nitrogen gives etc................

with EC 1 and pH 5.8.

Are you still feeding Ec1.0 then terra ??.................... if you are i would check your Ec pen is correctly calibrated @0.5, and your Ph pen cal @7.0...................... will drop back and see if they green up with a nitro boosts ok............... the 15ltr auto pot trays are supposed to come with a copper square matt, that goes under the pot bottom in tray, to stop the roots coming out into the valve zone, as if they do, they will get into the aqua valve silicone stop rubber, behind the floatation chamber, and stop it sealing up, leading to the res over flowing your trays................. send of for copper aquapot matts asap i would.................. cant afford a leak man............................ check the run off once every 3-4 days i would at the mo... @AutoLowRyder
I didn't check my run-off as I'm bottom feeding with my Autopot system. I checked the pH of the coco before I used it, and it was pH5.9.

I've used only bloom nutes in all my grows, but I do add more Bloom A than B for extra Nitrogen. I have a link to my 2.2g/W grow in my signature if you're interested.

I've slowly been increasing the amount of Nitrogen since I lowered my nutrient strength. I'm now feeding them an EC1.7 solution (tap water EC0.5) with 75% extra A than B nutrients at pH6.0. I've already noticed an improvement in the plants.

FYI, I have pot socks on all my pots, and I calibrate my meters every 3-4 weeks.

BTW, do you have a grow log somewhere?

Day 38

I've added 10L of nutrient solution at EC1.7 and pH6 to my reservoir. I've also removed some large leaves and the bottom two mini-branches of each plant. I also added my DIY veg light that runs two 5000K cobs at 50W each. Total light draw is 250W.

terra if that your nute res in the front right corner............... i would cover it in grey or black gaffa to stop light getting into nute................ as IR & UV break down nutrients and grow algae with them............. grab your self a lux meter and see if you have 18,000-22,000 lux at the leaves.................. if your lifting part A to increase nitrogen................. good move................... its not being reflected in the leaf color................... could be due to 'Cold Cocco" grow medium..................... is your grow medium temperature above 21c ??.......... 22c to 23c is best for nute assimilation............

the lights are air cooled led....................... how do you heat the grow space then terra ??????????? 10 cobs wont heat that space if they where in room cooled !!............... they need to be lower down to get the photon power into the leaves..................hence lux meter to check photon power..................probly help with the gren up etc...........

making a 'Standing Aquatray" feeding res with a Ph of 6 is a good idea, as, as the nutes sit in the res, while being used up, the Ph will "Rise"...................... after a while of nutes standing in air................ oxydation pushes up the standing res Ph..................... up to 6.5 !!!!!!!! The Ec of 1.7 minus tap water Ec 0.3? = pure nute, nute only Ec of 1.4................ that is a bit stiff from my experience in cocco................... could even be near nute burn...... those plants are quite yellowing terra............. something is going on with them mate........

what is your root temperature...................???????? do you match your feed water temperature to your root ball temp ??? avoiding root zone temperature shock............... like when you get in a cold bath...... same effect/............. dont like it.........................
