Dutch Passion 6 Colorado Cookies in a SCROG (Autopots + DIY COB lights)

If the soil is from America, or warm western Europe = Possible Entomobryomorpha soil springtail.............. these are 1.5mm long....... and are harmless detritus munchers, in fact a benefit !!......... bit like the RHS Microbial Microryzal zooplankton i use on my roots at re pot time......... got that one from Monty don !!...........
Entomobryomorpha soil springtail's are present, proving this manufacturer, did not treat, ultraviolet sterilize, the soil before packing, so could have black gnatt eggs in also, hatching at 26c..................... ALR

Looking great, Terra! I have no idea what those things are, though. I hope you find out and kill those suckers!

Thanks Iriee. I'm not too worried about the bugs because this is the 3rd grow I have them, and they haven't done any harm. I like your spirit though

Looking great. I think you'll reach your 1 kg target again!

Def check those bugs... last thing you want is bugs messing with your roots.

Thanks Maria, and :welcome: I fell short of my 1kg target in my last scrog grow by about 50g. I'm planning on reaching my target this grow though... if the canna gods smile favourably upon me

Hey bro, thanks for the info! My first guess was also springtails. The coco should be from western Europe. I've had the critters appear on 3 grows now, but haven't noticed any detrimental effects. Luckily I haven't had any fungus gnats for 3 grows... he said whilst looking around for some wood to knock on.

Aren't zooplankton sea critters?

Day 22.

The plants have responded really well to the airdomes and my last watering. The topped plant has shown pistils. No others yet though.
I was planning on setting up the aquavalves and reservoir tonight, but was way too tired. I'm having a really hectic time at work this week. So I decided to water each plant with 1.5L at EC 1.9 and pH 5.7. I overshot my pH 5.8 goal slightly.

The lights are still on 24/7, but shall be switched to 20/4 tomorrow.

Looking on point fams!!!

Day 26.

I still haven't connected my Autopot reservoir yet and am watering by hand. I watered then again tonight. The other plants have show their sex as well now: all females. I'm seeing some issues appear in the leaves of the topped plant, and on one leaf of another. I'm not too sure what the reason could be. Possibly feed more Calcium in relation to Magnesium. Any ideas guys?
