Seed Stockers 5 Blackberry Gum Auto's in a SCROG (COBS + Mega Crop)

Day 20 update.
The BBGs are getting 1 - 2 L of water a day each. Latest feeding was 7g of Mega Crop, 0.5g Sweet Candy and 0.5g Bud Explosion in 10L of water. This was EC 1.7 (tap water is EC 0.5) pH-ed to 5.8. At this strength I'm seeing very slight leaf tip colourations, just where I want to be.
The tri-leaf plant was also topped on day 17 or 18.

Day 22. I've setup my scrog screen and defoliated the BBG plants so that light can reach the shoots below. The BBG that isn't in the scrog was LSTd to open her up.

I love how quickly these plants recovered from the LST and defoliation. 1 day later and they're stretching for the light again. I should be able to start weaving branches into the screen by tomorrow.

One of the plants has a Calcium deficiency, possibly from the pH of my nutrients being 5.6 for the last few waterings. I'll change the pH to 5.8-6.0 and foliar feed some extra Calcium.

Hi everyone, I've woven the longest branches into the scrog screen. The right most plant is too short and was left alone for now. These plants have taken everything I've thrown at them without missing a beat. Here's the situation before:

This is after weaving.

This plant was left untouched.

And here's a picture of the entire room. It's filling up nicely.

Subbed, loving the setup, any reason for not use the autopots this time?

Thanks Jay!
:welcome:

Yes, the main reason for not using them now was to learn how to grow better in 100% coco. I'm also running 4 different strains, which doesn't work well with only 1 reservoir.

Thanks for stopping by!

Day 30.
Since a few days ago all plants in the scrog are showing pre-flowers.

My extraction fan died a week ago, and I had to temporarily replace it with a lower capacity version I still had. The company I bought it from couldn't fix it and sent me a new one for free. I hooked it up to its fastest speed so I could increase the strength if my lights without getting heat stress signs.

More weaving of shoots in the scrog net. The plants were getting thin green leaves at the growing tips and what I thought was a Calcium def. on a few leaves. I now think it's P or K toxicity caused by adding Sweet Candy and Bud Explosion. They have pretty high P and K, so I removed them from feeding completely for now. Feedings are app. EC1.2.

Hi everyone, I haven't posted any updates for a while due to busy times with kids at home full-time. Anyhow, the plants are on day 43 now and I've been trying to figure out some deficiencies I'm seeing in the leaves. Since today I've added extra Calcium and Magnesium to Mega Crop and Sweet Candy to get an EC of 1.8 at pH5.9. I'm pretty sure the issues are due to a Calcium deficiency, but we'll see.

I discovered a tiny pollen sack on one of the plants. Luckily no others though.

I think it may be cal mag issue, me myself expecting Cal Mag Bio Bizz tomorrow just in case I start to need it. Never before used Cal Mag products and I may not be expert on that issue but I think those should always be among the top suspects. Anyway, from what I see here and photos posted online it seems to be the case.
