Are your two main plants the same age? If so you might get similar yields. I say that because one lost the main cola so its compensated by fattening up the side branches, that's all in the hormones. Its like when animals in the wild eat the top it will put the energy in to the other tops I.e making branches thicker.

Well in your smart pot you'll have a good root system as the get air pruned, I was reading about this last night, all that you might need watch is watering it more often.

My 4 autos are basically the same age the one that is most progressed was the runt and slowest growing at first haha she's definitely picked up the pace but I think I've stunted the others as well as I neglected them for about a week so I'm going to flush every plant out over the weekend and see if that helps especially with my northern auto as I had a blumat system hooked up to her but it wasn't working like it should. I've already started a journal for my photo plant on the photo section on here I'll probably update once a week or something. The smart pots I got are a bit crap to be honest they have major roots growing out of them haha I'm going with them plastic smart pots next the bubbly looking ones haha. Yeah green tea I've been reading a lot of good things about it, it's not done any harm to my photo plant like haha. I got my magnifier for about £2 off eBay bit had to wait about 2 weeks for it to arrive, I've also just got this led light for my cuttings and seedlings for £3 off wish and waited two weeks for that as well but it's a good light it's nice and bright. How did you 'neglect' them? Was you away for a bit? And why would you flush them?? I'm confused bro hahaha! It is coco your using right? Never ever plain water if your flushing mate, takes about a week for the coco get back to normal. Do a read on canna website about CEC, its pretty heavy stuff though I'll warn you now lol

Fucking ell that is bright! Not bad 4 3 squid! I just use a 125w blue big cfl for the veg box, does the trick

A dreary good Friday lol

Week 6 update! Day 42.

Only thing I've noticed is THC starting to form and right under my strongest bulb a few leaves with burn spots I think its phosphorus TBH but I changed my nutes yesterday and I've got pk booster on the way so I'm not too fussed. I can't get a leaf sample or get a pic because its right at the back and she defo ain't coming out lol.

Yeah she did have a few red/purple stems on some higher fan leaves along with the burn spots, but she seems good now, I have my light about an inch above the top cola soo your idea on sweat marks makes a lot of sense and puts the paranoia at bay lol
As long as it won't affect my end result init!

an inch?! reckon mines would die in minuits if i tried that lol. havent yet mate but just put a fast buds gorilla glue in to pop last night. shel be going in a 10L pot with compost and tomato plant feed. got 2 auto ultimates by dutch passion in nft that im concentrating on. got a dozen of those seeds so be doing them for a while. also got a wee sensible cheese in a 250ml tub just to keep me entertained while seing if it works.

Yeah that's the beauty of CFLs buddy! My temp sensor is right at the top of the cola also and the temps get to around 30ish and gets cooler further down.plenty of air flow and that lol
Ahh I see you like your potent plants then lol well all the best with that one mate, the genetics at fastbuds are pretty solid from what I've looked at.
And I've been eyeballing a few DP strains I'll b interested in seeing how yours turn out mate!
