Hey, I've been lurking unregistered in the forum thinking about doing a grow report myself for some time now, so here it goes.

I'm growing 25 clones (12 Blue Dream,13 Green Crack) in 3,5 litre pots in a 3x3 space under 310 Watts of LED lighting (5 Sanlight S2W's).

I have a few grows with a 400 Watt HPS under my belt, but this is the first time I'm using LEDs, SOG with that many plants is also a first time for me, since the most plants I had in that space before was 7. Still, I'm somewhat familiar with the strains I'm using for this grow.

I'm using Plagron light mix as a substrate and BioBizz nutes, I pretty much stick to their feeding schedule.

I sent the clones into flower after 5 days of rooting, they are at day 10 of flowering right now.
Humidity is pretty high at about 80% and my dehumidifier doesn't seem to help that much.
Temps are around 25°C, I'm thinking of elevating them a few degrees to counterbalance the high humidity for a while.

Looking forward to your thoughts and suggestions, I'm eager to learn. :worship:

Hey guys, I'm at day 13 of flowering now. I just defoliated the lower section of my plants hoping to lower humidity a bit but it's still pretty crowded in there. I ordered a stronger dehumidifier but it'll take a week for it to arrive. Raising the temps to 28°C seems to have helped a bit though. I'm a bit timid regarding further defoliation of fan leaves as I have never sent cuttings into flower so soon, does anyone have experience with that kind of thing? :confused1:

i subbed up so i can tag along, the more interesting threads i watch the more fun navigating afn will be. good luck, just out of curiosity, how did you root your cuttings, it almost reads like you rooted them and had them in bloom at the same time, did you root them right in the pots they are currently in? and if so, what lighting schedule did you use while rooting your cuttings. I only ask cause i am always interested in clone growing and techniques. I cant decide if i like rooting my cuttings in a clone bucket or in root riot cubes, they both work well , and whenever i think i like one method more than the other something always turns up that makes me not sure. the bucket seems to work faster but the root riot cubes give the cutting a more sturdy and stable base-root. well im babbling, ill be tagging along for the rest. Thanks.! and good luck.

Unfortunately I don't have enough space to keep a motherplant in addition to my current tent setup at the moment, so I get my cuttings from somewhere else. They were rooted in rockwool cubes under T5s as far as I know. As soon as I have the space I would definitely like to experiment with motherplants though..
The first picture was from the day I planted the already rooted rockwool cubes in the final substrate. I can see how my description was a bit misleading, sorry.

Today is day 16 of flowering and I went a bit crazy with the defoliation. :tang:
We'll see how they react in the following days.

Hey @Rizzrack

I've heard of folks using an extreme defoliation technique whereby you basically clip off everything except the nodes to maximize light penetration. It looks crazy for a bit but can pay dividends if done correctly. I think blackdog led's does it in their promotional videos -I can't remember what it's called but check it out:

Whoa, yeah that does look crazy.. You really need to have all other factors completely dialed in when doing it this radically though. I imagine any problems that you encounter in your grow when the plant is under such stress will have a significantly bigger impact.

My new dehumidifier arrived and does a great job so far. At the moment I have a temperature of around 27°C and a RH of ~60%, optimal conditions.
I'll post some more pictures in the following week once the buds are a bit more developed.

It's day 22 of flower and the buds are starting to develop quite nicely. I noticed a white spot on a leaf which might be powdery mildew, but now that I have my temps and humidity under control it hopefully won't proliferate. Never had to deal with that before though. On the bright side, there hasn't been a single spider mite, fungus gnat or thrips sighting so far.

I can't seem to work out how to rotate pictures..

It's day 28 of flower and I'm unfortunately running into some problems. Some of the upper Fan leaves are starting to turn yellow on the edges. So far I completely adhered to the BioBizz feed schedule, I'm not sure if I should alter it. I have a growing suspicion that the light intensity might be a bit too high. I kept the lights at a distance of about 40 cm from the upper tops so far, I added 5 cm today. We'll see how it goes..
